Good Limousine Service

Interesting that there are such divergent reviews on this limo service. Perhaps they are using sub contractors who may not represent the company's best image and this is a shame if that is what is happening but of course I am merely speculating as I have no direct knowledge of this company's business strategies.Having said the aforementioned, I must say that I have used this service twice and I was pleased with the type of car, the cleanliness and the driver (both in his attire, courtesy and professionalism).I would use them again

The service provided by this company has definitely become poor to say the least. I have used this company for the last five years for Home To Airport transfers and back on my return. On several occasions, the interior of the vehicle would not be considered clean for the service being offered. Secondly, the drivers started to arrive at times one-half hour early than booked. On my arrival back to Pearson my routine would be to call once I have collect my luggage from the Belt. This allowing the driver to meet me at a predetermined location outside the terminal. It worked well for years. I noticed over time that when I called more recently. The phone would just keep ringing and once answered I was informed they would call me back. So, I would wait and wait. Guess what not even a call back to say Sorry we are busy

Pearson Vision Limousine arrived on time, provided a clean car, professional driver and service for BOTH trips to and from Toronto Airport. I am SO glad that I now have this Company in my contacts list. Thanks for taking one more big stresser out of my travel plans !

I took taxi from Airport to Brampton, (taxi no. 267 written on the window). Very poor service, driver was very rude, AC was not working, the lady standing outside airport said cost is only 10% higher than Uber so I took the taxi they charged $71 which is 50% higher than Uber with no customer service, when I asked for bill the driver said are you travelling for first time…so rude. I will never ever use their services, they are liars providing wrong information to customer saying their cost is only 10% higher than Uber. I do not mind paying extra but at least the driver should be polite instead of saying are you travelling for first time he could have explained that their services are costlier than Uber. Very disappointed

Rude driver (# 251) - want me to pay at the beginning of the ride; I refused and he gave me all kind of attitude. Reckless driver, following too closely, always pressing on brake, excessive speed in residential area, dirty car and wearing a baseball cap - you except that from taxi, but for an airport limo you except so much better. Never again with this company.

Good limousine service. Drivers are very polite and the vehicles are always in mint condition.

BEWARE! Very scandalous. Booked online and was quoted $64, company would not honour this price and instead wanted to charge $81. Furthermore, have a coupon (no expiration date) that also would not be honoured (see photos). Very poor business practices. Good thing UBER and LYFT are around to provide better services.
