this was my first visit it was amazing. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich I had was lacking sauce but the crunch was unreal

Really good chicken. Crazy good. Very good service, very quick.Not a huge fan of counter staff. He is consistently rude, dismissive and generally unpleasant to deal with.I had a mix up on an order, they made it right and comped a few things on the side.9/15/19Still very good food and service. Cant find better chicken or fries or biscuits.

Popeye Fried Chicken in Kamloops, Canada, left a positive impression on me, despite my oversight in forgetting to order shrimp. Our group of four enjoyed a combination of 4-piece and 2-piece fried chicken combos, accompanied by a side of coleslaw. We quenched our thirst with refreshing drinks from the fountain, among which I highly recommend trying the Canada Dry ginger ale. Throughout our visit, I couldn't help but admire the attentiveness and intuition of a staff member named Evangeline. She anticipated my needs even before I could vocalize them, such as providing extra paper towels and promptly offering me the restroom key when she sensed my intention to wash my hands. Evangeline's exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience. Popeye Fried Chicken's delectable food, coupled with the remarkable hospitality of their staff, make it a place worth revisiting.

One of the few times my gravy was the right temperature. Usually when i go to some Popeye’s it could be almost be cold. This place was good.

You asked for ratings, and now you got your rating. The chicken is good in my mind. So is the biscuits and gravy. But the service sucks because you gave a Woman a hard time about mistakingly ordering somthing slightly different than your board order display. Trying to upselling 6 biscuits and one piece of chicken for $13? Why is dough so expensive or are you trying to take advantage of people falling for the New world version of fast and convenient".Fast food shouldn't have a star in this lower portion. Long gone are the day's of clean eating areas and polite service.Unfortunately some things in society have to change too make over hyped fast food change. A family run business had more pride."

October 21stThis location serves good quality fresh Chicken! A must go in Kamloops!Went Again on October 22nd just to make sure, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got overwhelmed by its size.

I went to this location multiple times, and each time, they never had any spicy chicken once. The last time there was just a quick 2 hours wait time. I live thier chicken but they never have any stock so I can't give a positive review

Asked for white meat, was willing to pay extra, was told 'no,' Then asked for no drumsticks, said she would try. Yup, I tipped her, then looked & there were a bunch of drumsticks. Will go elsewhere in future.

The second time we been there asked for no wings or drums paid the difference. Got home and had all chicken wings 4 chickens wings out of the 8 pieces we got had no sorry but sworn at by manager .kfc from now on the worse customer service l have seen by employee and then the manager owner .will never go there ever again for personal or my business meals for my employees
