STONE ROAD Post Office

This is my favourite post office outlet in Guelph! I love it because of the consistently professional, friendly and helpful service I have been receiving from the new owners, Christina and Peter, who have done a fabulous job of continuing to provide the best service that the previous owners had provided. Besides being able to have all my postal needs met, I love to go there to buy greeting cards, wrapping paper and the occasional winning lottery tickets. I highly recommend this business for the consistently friendly and memorable service!

Wonderful service and staff. They are always efficient, helpful, patient, and kind. They have such generously accommodating business hours too. I'm grateful it's a good post office, as my building refuses to get a Canada post parcel locker, so my deliveries end up here. Even if they didn't, this would be my post office of choice!

Peter went way out of his way to help me get my 2 items mailed. Super friendly and polite.

The store is super nice and clean but anytime I go in to pick up a parcel there is problems. Once I was picking up a parcel for my mother (who has a different last name) and they hassled me about it. My I.D clearly stated I live at the same address, that is all they needed. The second time the delivery person wrote down my package would be available for pick up on a Saturday so I go in only for the store to tell me that a business day doesn't count for weekends, and that I'd have to wait till Monday to recieve my delivery.

I came to this one because the other post office I use was closed. I brought in my packages, I had a few questions about how much to send them and how long it would take and they answered every question and were very helpful. I am hard of hearing and it can be hard to hear what's being said and I need some things repeated, they were kind and did not rush me. I really enjoyed the experience and I will definitely go back.

These people are amazing. They can have a dozen people show up at the same time and get everyone served (properly and without error) in no time at all. Store is always clean and well organized. They have been vital for the success of my business.

Staff is super friendly but they don't take accountability when they mess up.I was told I'd made the cutoff to have my Valentine's delivery arrive early but my partner hasn't received it and online now says it won't arrive until the 16th.I called for clarification on what happened but the owner insisted it was me who messed up, not them, and that I'd missed the cutoff time. Odd since I literally asked them outright multiple times when I first dropped it off whether this would make it and the wife insisted yes!Seems clear to me they knew it wouldn't make it and wanted my money instead of just being honest that I was too late.Very disappointed as they'd been my #1 office since I moved to Guelph!

Outstanding postal service. Extremely helpful, and, one occasion, they went above and beyond the normal postal services, and helped me get an essential document out and delivered in a timely fashion. I'm so glad that this is my local postal outlet, and even if it weren't, I'd still be bringing my business to Corner Stone Post Office.

Was in there today , New owners very friendly and accommodating , used Flex Delivery got an E Mail was ready for pickup. but was not at this Post Office. This was not fault of the new owner who contacted Woodlawn Road dispatch and got my Parcel returned were it should have been left in the first place.I hope Canada Post reads these reviews as this is the third bad experience I have had with Flex Delivery Woodlawn Road Guelph being confused by the Address ?

I’ve never had a good experience at this place. But I’ve never had as bad experience as I had today. I dealt with email to from other reviews I would assume is the owner and he ignored me, was on his cell phone, was rude and didn’t tell me. You scanned one package for me and refused to give me a receipt that I was dropped off in the post office. In the second package was a gift that my five-year-old was sending to friends of his and Ottawa and he refused to check if it would fit through the slot so that we could ship it regular mail. It’s literally a couple little tiny things that my five-year-old found and is not worth the $14 he was quoting me to ship it. He ended up just walking away from me. Without even answering my questions and I just said OK I will take my package elsewhere. I do a lot of shipping Because of my business and I will never be taking a package there again despite the fact that it’s more convenient for me to go there.
