Troy was excellent. Prompt, fast, great results and professional. He was even courteous to do my son's room first so he could go down for a nap. The carpets look, smell and feel amazing. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and neighbors and will have him back in the future. Regret waiting so long to get the carpets cleaned because the price was also very reasonable.
