Scam Scam Scam.They should change the name to Ali baba Auto.Bought used car, in 7 months breaks broken almost got a big deadly accident, alternator borkes in 7 months, told me the piece will cost me 600 dollars, I contacted dodge company and they said its 300 original piece.Thanks Fake Auto

June 16- The complaint has been escalated to the BBB.This place is beyond silly, and unprofessional.An experience that started as a great buy is quickly going sour! Purchased a van at the end of March (paid in full), after driving it for a couple of weeks there were a few issues that came to light. We called Dave's Auto and they were great- adv us to bring the van in and they would provide a loaner while it was being fixed.Had an appt for May 23rd, and we unfortunately missed it- we called right away and rebooked for June 5th (which we made it to this appt).The car they provided was in the grossest shape- dirty, hadn't been vacuumed or wiped down, when I would drive with the windows down I would get someone else's long black hair on me- so I spent a morning cleaning it, it said the oil needed a change....at one point the car told us to stop driving and check oil, and the tire monitoring system didn't work either and flashed. We called and adv Jamie and she said thay was normal wirh that car.On Wednesday June 7th we were able to pick our van up- receptionist (Jamie) said the brakes, AC, and starter were fixed (and commented that we were probably starting our van wrong? I didn't know there was a special way to start this particular van?) And left them with their now clean loaner car.....but we left super happy! Let me add, we love this van- perfect for the family!This morning I go to start the van and it won't start...took 3 or 4 tries (I have it on video) so I called and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Dave and adv him that the starter had not been changed. Right away he started stating I've missed multiple appointments (not true, only may 23) and that it's been more than 30 days and now out of warranty, I adv we purchased extra warranty and he stated it's been longer than 3mths (not true, bought March 20th), and that we are starting to waste his time and money. And that the 17k we paid full for our van wasnt actually a lot of money"....it should be enough for what you advertised came wirh the van.....no? He said I can bring it NEXT friday

I made a car purchase there yesterday! Anton was awesome to deal with and very professional and fair on the purchase. Dave was entertaining to meet as well! We bought my used KIA Rondo from here. Very friendly salesman, accommodating to all questions and made sure the vehicle was tip top when we came to pick it up. The car was super clean inside and out. I would recommend this dealer for sure.

Purchased a car from Dave’s in fall of 2021. Had couple of issues that they repaired without issue. They allowed us to trade the car in for a truck couple weeks later, which we really appreciated!This past Easter Monday they repaired my daughter’s front end as it was too unsafe to drive back to Ottawa. Luckily for us they took her in even though we hadn’t made an appointment in advance and they were very busy.Hat’s off to Dave, Anton and the rest of his team!!CheersLarry

Dave's Auto service is nothing but exceptional. Their employees and staff go above and beyond to help make your service fast, effective and enjoyable. My mini van I purchased from them needed some extra repairs (unexpectedly) and they were more than happy to help get it done effectively and with such kindness. The service there is one of a kind and they make you feel like family. I'd highly suggest purchasing from them if you're in the neighborhood for buying or needing repairs on a vehicle. I will definitely be suggesting to others to go there for any auto repairs or needs in the future!

Bought a quality used car from a great no-pressure salesman (Anton) who was very helpful. I did go back the next week bc my phone wouldn't work in the charging port. They had no service appointments but their mechanic said come in right away! I did and he fixed it up in a couple minutes, no problem -- another honest and great guy. He politely turned down any fees or tips for such great service. It's been 6 weeks now with the car and I'm still very happy with it and my experience buying from Dave's Auto.
