I have used A Touch of Glass three times now and each time Kyle and his team have exceeded my expectations. On time every time and easily identifiable with their custom shirts the initial impression was very good. Kyle was very personable and went over our agreed quote before he started the work. The quality of the window clean itself was fantastic with no noticeable streaking. When the work was finished they took the time to make sure we were happy with the end result. No hesitation in recommending Kyle and A Touch of Glass. Keep up the great work!

Kyle and his team were very professional, efficient and timely. I had planned to get a more expensive service done and after Kyle came on site and viewed the work we decided that wasn't necessary. How refreshing to have a contractor give a reasonable assessment and not try to upsell unnecessarily!

Great work done by Kyle! We had all our gutters cleaned out and he installed gutter guards to make sure water keeps on flowing going forward! He also repaired some loose gutters and joints along the house. He also repaired an underground pipe that feeds water from the back corner of the house to the back alley. I would highly recommend Kyle and the Touch of Glass team to anyone looking to get their gutters cleaned, repaired and flowing smoothly.

I am seriously disappointed that they ask details about the house, provide a quote and then when they arrive, tell you that the price is %50 higher than the original.If they can’t commit to their quotes the way they do them, they should find a new way of doing it.Far too many shady businesses like this operating in Calgary these days

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the initial visit wasn't enough to complete the job. We were a bit leery but after Kyle came out a second time, we were so happy with our choice of going with Touch of Glass! Kyle's so great, such a professional and it's very apparent he loves what he does and enjoys working with homeowners. He's very personable, friendly and him and his team do a great job! Our windows are sparkling and we'll definitely be calling next spring!

Kyle and his team were able to accommodate our job with very short notice which definitely sets them apart from other YYC service providers. They did a great job with our window and gutter cleaning and were very professional. I highly recommend A Touch Of Glass!

Kyle and his team at Touch or Glass did a great job on the exterior windows of our house. When we asked a window to be touched up after the initial clean, Kyle sent his technician, Alvin, within minutes. Great customer service. Would use again.

I've used Touch of Glass in past years and they were just fine. But Kyle must be too busy & short staffed right now to handle all of his bookings. They didn't show up when they promised. They still have not shown up. But they managed to send us an invoice for work not even started, I left three messages, he hasn't returned one call yet. I have canceled my booking by telephone. Left a message. No one ever picks up. Too bad.
