When I lived in Preston I went to this location on the regular out of convenience not because of ambiance. I was there Feb 4 for the first time in quite a long time. I was surprised to learn that cashiers at this location no longer bag your goods. No big deal but the long time employee who I don't find to have great people skills was very sharp in how I was informed. The Karen" behind me voiced she was calling head office because if she knew she had to bag her own she would have gone through self checkout. The employees demeanor was perfect for dealing with the nonsense.I would also add that the store was clean and neat."

Always love Giant Tiger. Was pleasantly surprised to see Plants for under $13. A good variety too. I most definitely will go back for more. As always I quarantine from other plants, add cinnamon powder to the top layer of soil and use a diluted Castile soap to wipe the leaves down.

Love Giant Tiger. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Items are usually in stock unless it's a flyer item. Great deals and you can't beat the return policy.

I love me some discount clothing and this place has a huge amount of dirt cheap large and lovely outfits for us big girls. Friendly staff and clean store. Good place to grab a little of everything you need and spoil yourself with a cheap dress at the same time. Kinda like your favorite dollar store but classy ;)

Decent selection of items in general. Giant Tiger could have a better variety of food items. Not a huge selection as far as that goes. Clean store. Lots of parking. Some milk alternatives available.

It's a great place to shop but the lineup was all the way to the freezer section. All the tills were open tho. Clean and orderly and everything seemed to be fresh.

Recommended:I have been coming here for years and I often find what I'm looking for at a decent price. They recently remodeled the store so that it flows better. I love everything about the new store arrangement. I generally don't do my grocery shopping here, but it's a great place for a quick pick-up. The employees are friendly and know quite a few of their regular customers by name.Now they have a self-check out. It's generally not busy as people still prefer to go to cash. If you need lottery or cigarettes, you will need to go to cash.
