I enjoyed the course and learned a lot. The instructor was engaging and very methodical, so I feel like the knowledge will stick with me longer than expected. We didn't need to write anything down, as the information covered is sent to us via email, so we just focused on listening and absorbing. We were able to practice quite a bit, and witness the latest approaches and tools to first aid. The equipment provided was adequate and aided in the learning process. The facility itself was very accommodating and the overall experience was positive.

A wonderful first-aid training experience. As someone who has been taking first-aid every 2-3 years for 24 years and works as a healthcare professional, I can say this was the best recertification I have ever done. The instructor was dynamic and engaging, the subject matter was focused and pertinent and the training was efficient and effective. The 4 hour session was over before I knew it and I certainly won’t be dreading my next recertification!

Needed a first aid course to get back to work as a massage therapist. It’s been over 10 days and no response from life shield. They stated 5 business days which was a lie, they didn’t import the correct information. They didn’t provide a temporary first certificate. But this business is totally mismanaged and I don’t recommend attending this course if you need your certificate for work or anything official. Should of been back to work the 1st December. As I completed the course November 27. This was a waste of money go elsewhere

I recently had the opportunity to take a Basic Life Support (BLS) course, and I must say that it was an incredibly valuable experce. The course provided me with the essential knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively to life-threatening emergencies.First and foremost, the instructor was highly knowledgeable and experienced in the field of emergency medical care. He created a supportive and engaging learning environment, making the material easy to understand and apply. We had numerous opportunities to practice CPR and use AEDs on manikins, which helped build my confidence in performing these critical skills. Signed up for the blended standard first aid and CPR course. Sign up was quick and easy. The online portion took a few hours to do and was well laid out. The in class part was great. Larry was our instructor - he has a true gift of connecting with the class and making learning fun! I've done some pretty dry first aid courses in the past, but this one was actually great. Lifeshield - give this man a raise because he's definitely doing an incredible job! I will definitely go back when I need to get recertified.

My team of 12 attended first aid training with Dave Klein and I have to say: It was the most enjoyable first aid training I’ve ever received. We had fun while we discussed the importance of normalizing CPR. We enjoyed Dave’s style of teaching and we were incredibly receptive to it. I feel more confident with the knowledge that he gave us and I’m excited to take these new skills with me. Thanks Dave! I hope I never have to save a life, but at least I’m prepared.

Larry my instructor was amazing. He keeps good energy in the class! I highly recommend taking his First Aid Classes! He is the best instructor I have seen in the last 6 years!

Excellent experience at LifeShield. James was a great instructor, the classroom was well laid out and very clean. Material was delivered in a way that appeared to be well received by all attendees.
