I just love my pictures!!!Alan is great to work with and very easy to deal with. He did both our engagement and wedding photos. Early in my career I worked on a wedding that Alan was hired to shoot. I saw the photos from that wedding and knew that when that day came for me, there would be no question who I wanted to capture my special day. My husband and I were not overly comfortable in-front of the camera but it wasn't long before Alan had us laughing and relaxed. We are thrilled with the story Alan's photo's tell of our wedding day and we know you will be too!

I've been meaning to write this review for years! Alan took our engagement, tea ceremony and wedding day photos back in 2015 and he did an amazing job. We still look back at the photos often and are able to relive those special moments! We met with tons of photographers before we decided to go with Alan -- he made us both comfortable and we felt we could trust him to be professional and provide the best quality photos for us. I would definitely recommend Alan for your wedding photography!

Alan was a fantastic choice for our engagement photos and as photographer at our wedding. Alan picked great locations, was fun to work with, was attentive to our requests, and took incredible photos. My favourite photos of my wife were taken by Alan.

My wife and I looked at several options when deciding on a photographer for our wedding. We were drawn to Alan for several reasons; he was easy to talk to, personable and receptive to our vision, but also brought great ideas to the table as well. The quality and style of Alan’s work was definitely present, but what stood out most was his ability to capture people’s true personalities and expressions, as opposed to the unnatural and forced poses a wedding can sometimes illicit. We were extremely satisfied with our decision to hire Alan. He worked tirelessly throughout the day to make sure every important moment was captured. Alan truly cared and took pride in his work. His laid back nature was charmingly juxtaposed with a stringent work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail that you would expect from someone tasked with such an important day. We were amazed at some of the shots he got and were very pleased with the resulting pictures. We would highly recommend Alan and are looking forward to working with him again.

Alan photographed our wedding at the Banff Springs and did a fantastic job!! We were planning from afar and were able to FaceTime with him to “meet” him and discuss what we were looking for. He captured so many great moments and we hardly noticed him doing it! He was quick and efficient and got all the shots we were hoping for. He was very experienced with our venue and with Banff in general so knew exactly where to go for great pictures. We got our pictures back in a timely manner (about 4-5 weeks) and he made us a beautiful album within another month of that! We would highly recommend him to anyone!-Alex and Michael

Alan took some wonderful photos of our kids for a Dance presentation! His professionalism and kindness that he showed these kids was wonderful. And the photo's are amazing - he truly captured their passion and love for Dance! He was a pleasure to work with! Thanks again Alan!

Alan is amazing person. He invited us to his home, made us comfortable and answered all our questions. We had amazing reception and wedding photographs.
