This place is nice to go to. The young ladies running the front desk always seem to be very friendly, appointments are quickly made, and the rooms are clean. It is always a pleasant experience to go to this business.

This is a nice little salon but very poorly managed. A parade of nice young women have run the front desk over the 6+ years I've been going here. They never last long. Their complaints range from improperly maintained computer software & being forced to keep appointments on paper" to having to do light gardening around the property (whaaaaaatttt?) I have been trying to book an appointment for three days. No one picks up the phone. It rings about a dozen times and then just rings busy -- no recorded message to provide an explanation of why they are closed or the opportunity to leave a message for a call back. I drove past today and see that it is closed. No sign on the door to explain why. Very unprofessional and very frustrating. I have been a loyal customer here for 6+ years

Caramel Tanning is the best. Very, very clean. All COVID-19 precautions are in place, and the young, blonde woman out front (I haven't got her name yet, but I will), is so friendly and kind. It's probably easier for me to go to Duncan to tan, but because of the friendly staff, I'd way rather go to Ladysmith.

Excellent service, clean premises and very friendly staff. I have a service dog and they are able to accommodate her and myself in a professional manner.

I book my tanning appointments around my work schedule. 2 Saturday's in a row they were late opening. The person who opened the salon arrived at 1110, no apologies. The 2nd Saturday I waited until 1120, no one arrived to open the salon. Unprofessional way to operate a business.I won’t be going back

Caramel is super convenient for me to do walk ins. The bed I like has been available for me 100% of the time, so I couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work girls. Plus, this salon smells like fresh bread in the morning--yum!

No great service, personal is not customer friendly, give no refound, collect the money and don’t give it back, that is fraud, In this way I can also renovate my studio.

This lounge is the best kept secret in Ladysmith. It is perfectly located near the freeway with plenty of parking. The aesthetics and ambiance of the place is just right, and the owner has taken great pride and joy in making the place absolutely hospitable. The staff are very friendly and professional and cater to my needs as well as my austentatious demands. If you have not visited this salon, then you are definitely missing out on this hidden gem.
