Victorian Auto Collision

Came here for safety - $90+tax - and within the vicinty of victoria park/danforth ave. they had the best rate. I called 4 other shops, they ranged from $160 - $120, were not pleasant and quite annoyed when i inquired. Why have a business then???This shop is on Thora and hidden, really represents the 'Hidden Gem' saying. They were ALL friendly! From owner to boss to mechanics they really left an impression, they even tended to my crying 4 yr old. That ALONE, to a mother who has a never ending list of things to do, means THE WORLD***The showed me the problems with my vehicle, EXPLAINED it and were just concerned. They didn't try to sell me on getting it fixed there, like other shops that just want business. They just listened to what i had to say and when asking their opinion, gave an honest straight forward response that doesn't benefit them but helps ME. They put me 1st, the customer, and i WISH i knew about them when i had to maintain my car then it would have most likely passed safety and i could have sold my car for a better price than i did.I recommend Victorian Auto Collision, especially to females because they really made me feel VALUED**********THANK YOU! Always excellent service from Tony ( mechanics) and Paul ( body work). Reasonable and totally reliable. I and my family have known these boys for years. Tony has kept my son’s 2 work trucks on the road for years. He even polished myTired and yellow light covers! No charge!

I found Tony and Paul by chance 20 years ago. No one else touches my car, nor the vehicles of my family. From the very beginning they were professional, never trying to upsell and honest. I have never owned a new car, so having a reliable mechanic is essential.Let's face it, no one likes spending money but cars break down. If I need it done, I am more than happy to spend it at my friends at Victorian. I know that I am paing a fair price for what my car needs to run as reliably and safely as possible.Victorian does business the way it should be done, with integrity, pride and commitment to provide the best service. More than all that, they have become family. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This guy is the worst.I had an emergency with my vehicle and wanted some help. To just check what’s wrong he wanted 100 bucks. Didn’t even want my vehicle Parked near his shop until I decided what to do.Didn’t want to do anything to make the situation better he maybe a good mechanic(I don’t know) but will never ever visit this place.. No humanity what so ever.It actually happened so time ago (first week of march to be exact).I had to tow the car to my regular mechanic and got the issue fixed. The person in this garage was so rude I didn’t want to get anything done there.

Amazing mechanic and body shop!! So knowledgeable, honest and thorough. I've been going there for 15 years and my car has over 480,000km! They're definitely keeping her going!!! Would never go anywhere else.

These people know what they do. They changed my tires, did the paint for the front bumper, and fixed my AC issues at a good price. Honest and kind people.

I recently bought a Jeep from a seller on Kijiji. It turned out to be a bad car - full of problems. I took it to Toronto Chrysler and they quoted me $3400 to repair everything. Ouch. I took it to the good folk at Victorian Auto and they did all the repairs for a fraction of the price. I'm extremely impressed with how professional and friendly they are. Needless to say they're now my regular mechanics.
