I do not recommend online ordering from here, it has been a terrible experience.I was sent the wrong size and colour for one item in my order. Returned it and still waiting on my refund 3 weeks later. Have had to contact them multiple times asking about the refund. A manager was supposed to call me as well yesterday but that never happened and honestly I am not surprised. They clearly do not care.Definitely find another shop to order from.

I was pretty disappointed with a neighbouring board shop so I walked into the boardroom to check it out and the customer service absolutely blew me away. Everyone there was super helpful, they have plenty of staff so the wait times for help are minimal, and the staff really know what they’re talking about. Not to mention, they price match. I highly recommend this store. I dealt with a few of the guys there and they were all great, but one stood out (I never got his name but he had long dark hair and wore a cap) for outstanding customer service. Very excited to try my new snowboard boots!

Went there in a weekday morning for getting a pair of boots and setup a new snowboard. Not many people but also not many staffs available to serve you. So expected some wait time.Luckily I met a staff call Ian. He is super friendly and helpful. He was helping other customers and in the same time able to help me to get the boots. And of coz help me to get everything I needed which makes the wait worth it.

I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Rodrigo.He took the time to ask me about my goals and current level of snowboarding experience, and base on that, he helped me find the perfect snowboard to fit my needs.Not only did he provide me with excellent product recommendations, but he also shared a wealth of knowledge and fun background intro of the snowboard brand that I chose.Rodrigo was polite, patient and easy to communicate with. He made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you for this good experience of shopping ~

Clerks and technicians are super helpful. They helped beginners to choose the right items. The technician fixed binding and told us how to read the scales.

I would never recommend the boardroom to anyone. There are multiple shops that offer the same equipment with a much more knowledgeable staff, and higher level of customer care.I purchased a pair of ThirtyTwo Jones MT boots from the boardroom, and after two resort days on them, the stitching failed. I immediately returned the boots, and began a warranty claim. I waited a few weeks, and phoned the store multiple times asking for updates, and was never given information about my claim. I continued to call bi-weekly for the next few months, even going to the store itself in an attempt to get in contact with someone who knew about my warranty, but I was told the person that handles warranty isnt in

The best staff, best vibe and best prices. Tanner and Chris are definitely stars and answered all my questions. Wow, just went back for a second time and it keeps getting better. I was able to outfit my entire family of 6 with 2024 season's gear! Their sales staff are just top notch.

The staff in this location are legit! The sales team are super knowledgeable and will help you find the right gear for your application instead of pushing you to buy the most expensive stuff just to make a sale. Whether you're new to riding or have been at it for 10+ years, I would highly recommend Mike and his team for their vast experience and honesty!

A decent place to score all your snowboard and skate needs. Prices aren't to bad , however, some stuff is a little over priced but at the same time they have some great deals on stuff so there is a good balance in there. I was super stoked to find a pair of Red Dragon jeans that I had been looking for here. There shipping is generally pretty fast but when I ordered something for store pick up it takes 3 to 6 days for that phone call to pick it up. Something seems off about that. In store pick up to me means they have it in stock and should able to pick it up next day. Other than that I wouldn't hesitate to spend money there if they had something that caught my eye.

Went looking for a disc that could fit some very old bindings and the worker was extremely friendly and helpful. Somehow found an old disc and was able to give it for free. Then also magically found a foam piece that perfectly fit to cover the disc. Absolutely made my day.
