They overcharged me for a coffee. I payed $6.21 for a large double double. The woman at the drive thru had told me it was $2.05. I wonder how many more times they’ve done this to me without me noticing. Used to go every morning and won’t be back. I don’t support businesses that steal money out of anyone.

The farmer egg wrap here is terrible. The egg here used to be good but is bad. Let me talk about my tea. Its either not mixed well or has less ingredients. But it’s a 5/10.

I don't think they know the difference between a coffee and tea here. Twice this week I ordered a tea and got coffee. Bad way to start my morning. Will not be returning here and I recommend you don't either

They rarely get the order right. When you're in the drive-thru, they take their sweet time taking your order and making sure they don't have too many people piling up so their time isn't long. This is very frustrating because when you get up to the window to get your order they are rushing you before you have even paid. There's two of them shoving your order into your face. This is not customer service.. I understand they want to serve customers efficiently and quickly but this is ridiculous.Today I ordered a ice cap and a 20 pack of timbits which I specifically asked for 10 chocolate glazed and 10 sour cream. Apparently that was too difficult because I got half of what I ordered...

This Tim Hortons Express has Drive through lane but they don't hv regular foods like the others. They attached with the gas station convenience store and they hv small table inside which is nice.

Never will buy another Tim's, I drank about 2 a day, last week zero, they want all kids going to a camp I'm paying for to be jabbed, I'll give my money to Ronald McDonald's house.

Terrible, told them our 2 drink order 3 times and still only gave us one drink and then wanted to argue that we only said one. Great listening skills. I know where I won't be going next time.

Location is fast, but frequently does not give correct change.On today's visit they charged me for my free reward drink. Then they wouldn't refund the money saying that reward redemption is automatic" and that I couldn't be part way to the next reward if I had had a free reward available. (It says right in the app you can bank up to 5 rewards at a time)"

Their point scanner never works since last year. Always disappointed on the attitude of staff. Horrible!
