The person in charge of shipping was not friendly & definitely not cooperative. Would not send me the documents that I had in my hand to my email address. He kept on saying that it was not the way it was done. His boss had to interfere & email the paperwork so I could forward it to the customs broker. I'm sure none of the friendly, helpful Canadians live in the Toronto area. Collison-Goll is on my avoid at all cost list.
