Happy hour is great! All hours are great :)There's a $5 house wine special, along with $2 off pizza during happy hour.But I'd suggest coming here anytime. It's a nice intimate space with quality food.The daily special pizza rocked, and the kale caeser and pork ragu rigatoni was perfect for this cold, stormy night. Pasta dished are shareable size - a great deal at ~$20 a plate.

Had the funghi and the sausage and fennel pizza. I will say the funghi one is a lot tastier. More flavourful overall and flavours seem to mesh better. The crust is when fresh is excellent. Crispy, airy, and a nice bit of flavour to it. It's terrible cold though, so heat it up.

Ordered the Margherita pizza and mushroom risotto and both were delicious and tasted fresh.The pizza was thin and not oily at all, and the mushroom risotto had a lot of flavour. The only thing is if the considered changing their plating for the risotto to allow more room for the food rather than cram it all on the small plate.

Delicious food and friendly server. Thin crust pizza is always my favorite. Pasta was served al dente and with just the right amount of sauce.

I can’t believe I have never been to this restaurant after living in Vancouver for 30 years. What a lost for me. This restaurant doesn’t just have the best pizza that I have tasted even when it compares to the best pizza in NY, but also the best IPA on tap that I have ever had. Place is small, but great service and great food. Even the appetizers are amazing. I’ve ordered 4 different appetizers and none of them disappointed me. All of the piazza and pasta tasted amazing. It’s a must have restaurant if anyone visits Vancouver.

Took my husband here for his birthday last night. The pizza is really good, thin and authentic, the scampi appetizer excellent, the beet salad with burrata was meh. It was our first time here so I was disappointed to see it is more of a bar than a restaurant. High top tables, tight spacing. Table was small, food came all at once and we literally had no place to put it. Server stood there holding our pizza while we wolfed down our appetizers to make room. We had a group of very loud patrons crowd us so much I thought they’d fall on top of us. We couldn’t hear each other speak. The waitress was awesome though and after half an hour got them moved to give us a bit of space but it really impacted our evening. Only other complaint was the payment machine. It was a $137 food bill (plus a bottle of wine) and the tip prompt was $60! Insane. Who can afford that? For a pizza dinner? Machine only gave you percentage options, no custom tip amount which is so off-putting we will probably not be back. I was made to feel a $37.50 tip was not enough.

I loveeeee Carano and come here all the time with my boyfriend and our friends. The carne pizza is to die for with the garbanzo pizza dip. We also love the meatballs and kale salad! Wanted to try the panna cotta but it was sold out, so we had the lemon ricotta cheesecake which was so good. I also like the gluten free crust which is not like me because I love gluten lol.My boyfriend's favorite bartender works here as well. He's from Detroit and makes the most unique cocktails. I'm sure he's won awards too, and if not he deserves one!I love the staff here. There is always the same hostess and server when we come who is so sweet and kind. Love her cool tattoos too.I have never met the owners but I have so much respect for them because they were kind enough to donate a gift card to my work's appreciation party (the Acute Medicine Unit at VGH). One of the owners said he was married to a VGH nurse as well! Our staff were so grateful for the kindness and generosity!

Great pizza place. They have live music on the last Sunday of the month and it gets quite loud.We love everything dishes thst we ordered from salad, risotto, pizza to dessert. They are tasteful and have have good options.

Definitely one of the best pizzas in Lower Mainland. $2 off during happy hour and they have some decent drink selections. They have some great kale salads if you're into that sort of stuff. Their meat and veggies pizzas are both very tasty.
