I ordered a phone over a week ago. I was told it would be in within 4 days. When it hit 6 days I called to get an update as I had not heard anything. When I called I was told it could another 4 days. They then called me days later saying it would be at least another week. Every time I spoke to them they tried to upsell me on the phone I wanted, so they wanted me to pay more for a phone over their mistakes. Super frustrating.

(Spoke with Simer) CSR - I went there yesterday to return the new phone which I bought from this store. Contract says that I can return or exchange this phone within 15 days with no extra fees. But store told me that they will have to open new line then transfer current number to new number they will activate and that will cancel the current contract. And I will have to buy new sim card for another $15 (I already paid $15 just 8 days ago when I opened this account. There is no way for them to simply take the phone out of my plan under (Buyers remorse) and For that they need new credit check and asking my ID’s again. Terrible customer service. The sales lady at counter was very unprofessional and rude. Not able to explain anything. Manager was nice and polite but I had really bad experience. I ported out same day with different provider. Terrible customer service.

They were very helpful I am very satisfied with the service in the store although in the end I ended up with a case that I cannot use they sold me a case for my Apple air 4 that does not fit the Appel pencil even though it has a space for a pencil and of course there’s nothing they can do

Perhaps one of the best store experiences ever had. They never fail to deliver so I'm glad I found this store and I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service is obviously their strategy and it shows, hence I have also referred others already. Great work!

We walked in here 5 minutes before closing and the owner stayed for 2 hours to help get our phone plans migrated from prepaid to post-paid. Didn’t purchase a single item, and he was still happy to help and didn’t demonstrate any impatience with us. Also gave us a cold drink while we were waiting, was very considerate, and helped us out of a tricky situation with our Bell account. 10/10 will only return to this location.

Was in 3 other bell stores where no one wanted to help us and the first guys being very rude and ignorant…. The owner of this store told us to come down and helped us out no questions asked no mask required…not only did we switch our phones from Rogers to bell but couldn’t have been happier with his knowledge and help walked out of there with 2 new phone and plans thanks a lot would recommend yawing only this store

Please never waste a moment of your life by coming to this location, they will go out they're way not to help you and to ask you to go to different locations for help (unless you're buying something from them obviously). They are the absolute worst people I've ever dealt with. Please avoid this location like the plague!
