Showroom staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. We were replacing an old gas fire. From the measuring up, done by Don, to the fitting by Jim and Jason, everything went smoothly and to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

After visiting several showrooms I chose Living Fires to supply and install my new fire because of the range of products on display and the knowledgable advice and suggestions from Don. I was keen to keep my existing marble surround but feared it would have to go until I spoke to Don. Thanks to him my I now have a stunning fire set in my original surround. The quality of workmanship is superb. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Living Fires and can't thank Don and his team enough.

Seen the website and thought the fires looked great. Seen the store was open 9-5. Made the 30 minute drive there, only to find a note on the door 'closed for lunch 1-2pm. Another couple there at the same time had the similar disappointment.Please update your website and google page. Very annoying, and 60mins fuel down the drain

Living Fires have installed 2 wood burners and 1 gas fire for us over the past 10 or so years.We have always found them totally professional, prompt and courteous.They have also nursed our rather old gas central heating, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

We’re delighted with our wood burning stove, supplied and installed in our garden cabin. Don and the team were great throughout, from initial enquiry, to providing useful advice and helping us choose the right stove. Pricing was fair and lead time suited us perfectly. The installation team did a first rate job in sub-zero temperatures! Highly recommended.
