I own a house near by and I can’t believe on the lack of cleanliness this building gives to there tenants. The garbage is never collected. The bin as of today has been over filled for 2+ weeks now. Who owns this? I didn’t realize the City of Winnipeg picked up BFI bins. All the other apartments around seem fine. Maybe get some black bins if it’s that much of an issue and if you have 5 they’ll actually be collected weekly. Doesn’t take a genius to figure that out.

Purched the property i rent back last year. Doesnt apply rent to your account in a timely manner, absolutely horrible at getting stuff fixed. Definitely dont recommend renting from them

I rented from them a few years ago and I loved renting from them! Rahim always got back to me and was super understanding. They got repairs fixed in a timely manner and kept up on the cleanness of the building. I would definitely rent from them again.
