Went to Empire Perfumes, at Westdale Mall, today. I was happy that the store carried my favourite perfume ‘Lovely’. I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. Prices are reasonable and the customer service that Charmaine provided was greatly appreciated. An amazing selection. I highly recommend this shop for all of your perfume purchases.

I went to this store because I saw a nice crown accessory in the window… needing this for my daughter birthday, I ask this woman If I can see the item ( this woman in loud voice told “ WE SPEAK ENGLISH “, so rude ) btw I was using my mask. Extremely rude woman she should not be there being a “ customer service “, maybe even she is racist. Terrible, just walk away , don’t give your hard earned money to this kind of person. Disgusting behaviour in an adult. 0 stars…

Pretty sure they have fake perfumes. I got a Versace mens perfume. Then went to Sephora to smell it again - two different scents. So sad. Can’t even return cause they don’t do returns or exchanges. Should of just went to Sephora.

They asked my budget first. I told them. I wanted to see the perfume with the packing. Before giving it to my hand, they removed the price tag and gave. Not recommended.
