Thank you Jim, Tim and the PEC Fire Department for assisting us with our faulty fire alarms! My family and I appreciate your professionalism and patience especially during a situation where we felt helpless with our small children and in the late evening. Thank you again Jim for rewiring the smoke alarm after I pulled them off during my frustration. :)
