Dr. Hartman is a doctor with a heart, he will give you choices and give his honest opinion to every procedure. I am very thankful to all the staff in thornhil clinic ,for assisting me every step of my procedure nurse Aliza and to the receptionist Farida. You are amazing.

My husband and I had a great experience from day 1. Dr. Hartman and his team were always compassionate and understanding of our situation and guided us on a realistic path. No matter how many appointments or blood tests, I never felt that I was just a number. We now have our first son and I couldn’t thank this centre and the centre downtown enough. Trio Fertility saved our lives. Thank you. God Bless.

The worst experience I had with trio they don't give you any instructions before hand and dr Michael Hartman and his nurse are very rude people.Receptionist was very nice and some nurses were ok but most of the staff wasn't helpful at all.If there was less than one star I would give that to trio for my experience.

Best location out of all the Trio locations for monitoring. The receptionist is really warm and friendly and so is Nurse Weronika. There is lots of parking and the appointments. happen on time.

I’ve been cycle monitoring with Trio for over a year now. Ive also done one or two IUIs here. I’ve never had a bad experience. All the staff (including the kind lady who takes my blood every time!) are warm and welcoming. The clinic is sparkling clean. The Nurse, Weronika, is a true professional and makes you feel very at ease and inspires confidence. May-Sim is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They’ve really established a well-run clinic.I am never there long and they stick to my scheduled time. The process is a very smooth one. They are affiliated with the lab in the same building, who I find are also always very friendly and fast as well.
