514 BMX

Today, i found something rare. A local bmx/shoes part etc Dealer.Im more a skater. But its part of what krs one use to call underground and i think it have the same kind of feel than a skate shop, And in 2021, thinking of having a brick and mortar store , with bills, rent , employees, give me a headeache. It has to be passion driven. Im no local guide for shure..I Iike Quality over Quantity. decided to write a review, because i was extremely satified with my experience. After looking for a while onine ( usually ,its eazy) i finally found The Ethnies Shoes i wanted ...i was stoked to see that for once it was a real shop, in montreal, like underworld was many years ago, (we live in capitalist society and EMPIRE has a spot ,like mcdonald when i want a qwick lunch that does the job at fair price ) or any small shop. They are mostly gone, . But i think that these, are gems . When they will be all closed , you will miss them ,like we miss arcade , rc shops that dont sell toys, etc. They also had the best price by 20 ish dollar !!! And this is also something.I say you have to go see it by yourself , with an e-bike horse , or bus. Sincerly, its cool shop and i was served by masked man, who treated me fairly , and help me with my montain bike, and bought a yellow chain, lol i know, but i like it!**** My friend got his e bike stolen 3 month ago and the person went to a shop here in ville emard , asking if they could help him he didnt have a charger .... The owner thought it was sketchy and refused. My friend had remove the chain , so he could not pedal and had to push the bike ro steal it . A black gio****I hope many go to visit that shop , see for yourself. Especially if your not use to west island. Great shop,great procuct, Price on the spoT.

Best BMX shop in all of Montreal! I've always had my bike built by these guys and never had a problem with the bikes.....ever! They also sell complete bikes shoes and clothing! If you want your bike running in top shape, then I suggest these guys 100%

They have Parts! BMX Parts Or SE bikes they have it! but..never again.. brought my bike for a check up and would of destroyed my frame treads for the bottom bracket if i was not watching... the thing was crooked and he came in with the tool and almost forced it in but i stopped him! THESE ARE NOT PROPER MECANICS! THEY WILL BRAKE YOU'RE PARTS AND BLAME THE PARTS!! WHEN THE TOOL GOES FLYING ACROSS THE SHOP BECAUSE YOU ARE TRYING TO PUT IN 200pounds OF TORQBuy the tools and do it you're self at this point!

Went in to grab some new tires and tubes. Super nice & helpful, he knows his stuff and gave some great recommendations. Had a good selection to choose from. He seemed to actually want to help, which is usually missing in Montreal sales staff. Will definitely come back next time I need anything for my bmx riding.

Disgusting person answering the phone. Unwilling to help human being and customer in need. My chain popped off and I didn’t have the tools to fix it. Other bike shops in the area were closed and after walking with my bike for over 3KM I was told that there are 100’s of bike shops in Montreal that service ebikes. I understand that this shop specializes in BMX but putting a chain back on a cassette is a standard fix any bike shop can do. Super pretentious and rude on the phone, gross behaviour and not the way you should treat other human beings or paying customers. Karma my dude, karma.
