If you don’t care about your dog bring them to Lynn, she will cut and punch/hit your dog no matter what their age. Do better for your dog.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, groomer was rude when I made the appointment but I thought she was just having a bad day, on the day of the appointment, she was very rude and she tried to grab my dog from my arms , without talking to him or trying to gain his trust, it was our first time there, and my dog snapped at her, that should have been my cue to leave as she obviously does not how to handle fur babies, she yelled at me and asked if my dog was a bitter, I told her that after 6 years of taking him grooming every 2-3 months with different groomers he has never ever bitten anyone. when I got home I noticed different cuts all around my dog’s skin, I understand if there was 1 or 2 but he has multiple cuts all around his neck and body, please if you love your fur babies do not bring them to her she is terrible, I feel so guilty for having my dog going through this horrible experience.

Terrible place to bring your pet. If you love your pet, DO NOT BRING THEM THERE. The woman is beyond rude, obnoxious and aggressive ( I can only imagine how she treated my pets behind closed doors) and does a very bad job grooming my cats. there are uneven shaves and she does not bother removing all of the matted hair from my cats even though that is what I brought them there for. I've put up with that woman mainly because her pricing and the convenience but after a recent obnoxious experience, I decided to take them somewhere else. I have a new groomer that is close by but charges a little bit more. Regardless of the price, the woman is extremely nice and professional and my cats are groomed beautifully. Please, please, please spend a little more for the sake of your pets. This place is not safe for them.

Lynn did an excellent job grooming my doodle. She did exactly what I asked. Very efficient and reasonably priced. In and out in two hours.

Decent price..and good grooming skills. Both my dogs smelt fresh and clean..looked good as ever! Definitely recommend this place! She does great work!! No long wait times!!

MY DOGS RETURNED WOUNDS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.Don't be fooled by their low price. I used to take my two maltese dogs here for three years and we didnt have problems until the final year. I have every right to believe my dogs were mistreated at this place. They would return with multiple wounds, nicks and scratch marks as stated in several reviews prior to mine. My dogs would be so itchy and restless after their appointments. At first we thought maybe she wasn't paying attention to detail or maybe it was an accident but later on it became apparent through the other reviews that this isn't an isolated incident. The owner is someone who constantly works with dogs as a career, she should know better. Even when you give her a big tip, the lady was never happy...why work in a profession with dogs if you hate them so much? I feel so sad thinking about what my dogs experienced here in my absence, my dogs would be crying/shaking on the ride there, my only regret was not catching on sooner.

8 years of loyalty gone with 1 act. As we do every few months, we take our girls to Classy Clips for grooming. Even though our dogs get a few nicks and cuts (they're dogs, they move during grooming), we have never had any major issue, until last month.We got our dog back with a large laceration to her hind leg. We sent them a photo and they acknowledged their error and agreed to pay for the stitches. When we took our girl to her vet (same one since we got her), they advised stitches could only be done with full anaesthesia and not local. We told Lynn this and sent her the bill for $699.She paid us only $310 saying her vet (who had not seen the dog and based their assumption on 1 photo) did not think full anaesthesia was necessary and that he had never heard of the medications she was given (antibiotics, pain meds, anti inflammatory).It is unfortunate that a relationship of 8 years has to end in this manner. We know dogs move during cutting but I have never seen anything like this. What upset us even more than the cut was the apparent lack of compassion and ownership of responsibility on their part.While their costs are highly competitive, I no longer trust them to handle my pets with the care and compassion I thought they did.

I will start by saying I had a lady who I speak to at the dog park and she referred me to Lynn! I should have checked her reviews before I took my sweet dog there and I told her he had a bad experience with his nails not to try to clip them, more than once. She was so forceful he bit her and I know my dog he has never done that to anyone. My brother picks him up and all they can do is apologize about what happen and making me feel guilty for something that was not my dogs fault . All the reviews talk about how abusive they are to the animals. I will never make that mistake of not checking reviews, because my dog is family and I’m sure he had a bad experience because he has been different since I took him there. Please save your pets from this experience and I will never make this mistake again. PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS I HAVE NOW BLOCKED HER BECAUSE SHE IS SENDING ME MESSAGES TRYING GUILT ME WHEN THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE!!!

Ignore the bad reviews- They did an amazing job and were very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!!!

I am happy I found this groomer: saw an English Springer spaniel with an excellent cut, the rest is history... None of the groomers I've tried before knew the Springer cut (my dog is a Welsh Springer spaniel). Also price is reasonable
