I spoke with Sean from Harbourview regarding thier services. Sean was rude, uninformed , demeaning and did not listen to what was being asked.If you are buying property and need an appraisal... stay away far far away from Sean and this firm.If basic telephone customer service can not be completed in a professional, courteous manner .... How is a financial document such as an appraisal to be trusted !The Google reviews were 2 when I looked them up...that should have been a warning ... and I can now confirm that the 1 star and the previous 2 star review are indeed a warning.Stay away ... it's your financial wellbeing this guy is playing with.Over and out
