I had a worst experience with COCO builders, booked my home with them in 2020. Suppose to be closed in December 2021, date was pushed to next year Feb 20, 2022 and then the date was pushed to May 2022. In January I was informed by their representative that they made mistake with my pre-construction home that it was build with 8ft. ceiling instead of 9ft. ceiling. When this was brought to my attention I asked them this is not something I wanted and is a huge mistake. COCO builders were rude and not cooperative at all, multiple times I was threaten of a law suite. They even said to take your money back of 3100$, which was paid up in the front for 9Ft. ceiling. I said please switch me to another lot, even then they said I have to pay extra 50,000$ to go to 9 ft. ceiling house.I will never ever trust COCO builders or any other builder in my life, where I am being threaten and being harrassed for last 6 months

They bring the worst contractor in the city to work on your house. That very bad.

Our real estate rep that worked for COCO was excellent.Througout the building process there were a lot of errors to the plan of the home, (rooms being built in the wrong orientation), had we not caught the errors we would have ended up with a home that we did not want at all.The plumbing in the home has been poor as we've had to call the company to fix leaks 3 times since owning the home in a 3 month period.Dealing with after sales representative is a nightmare, she has no incentive to resolve things for you but to blame you or ignore you as long as she can.We enjoy our home, but the whole process has left a sour taste in our mouth. We just want proper work done for what we paid for. Not for them to take our money and leave us in the dust.Sad we have to deal with people who don't care once they got what they wanted.
