Been going here for Years, they always answer all my questions and have all our taxes filed so quicklyThey always offer additional information/help

went to ask about opening a new business 6 months ago and with the guidance I was able to open my own business and thanks to their business plan that helped me get to where I'm today.

Terrible experience. Complete lack of customer service. Better off doing your personal taxes yourself. They are not welcoming to any questions and will degrade you when you try and ask. Will not be returning.

Never recommend him. Hanged up the phone when I called him to get the details about my last year tax details. He didn't send the details to me.

I got the worst service some time back....i was eligible for a tax credit and told them the same . They said they did apply for the same ..... but I waited 3 months and didn’t get it....i went to their office and the Younger CPA just said plain that I won’t get it and was not even ready to hear me..... He was even trying to mock me saying credit and debit meanings and other financial terms to confuse me into thinking i was not gonna get that refund.I went in a second time to tell them the same.... but no luck....I guess as i have already paid them for the tax filing they didn’t want to help any more....I then did it myself and got my 2500 tax credit .... Thanks to him i am now doing my taxes myselfJust a word of advice to the young CPA guy ..... if you don’t know... just let your customer know that... and just try to learn that too... Don’t try to fool people......Cheers

many affordable services provided at one location was a great advantage of being their client and helpful in getting tasks resolved..

The worst service. I was waiting from the past 50 minutes and ‘Sir’ start attending a guy who just came 15 minutes ago. I had the doctor’s appointment at 6 which I rescheduled to 6:20 and then ‘Sir’ said sorry to me like for what? And thanks for wasting my 1 hour.
