I love me some ramen, and the ramen here is amazing. I especially love the black arashi tan tan men. So flavourful. The staff are super friendly and efficient too. If I lived closer, I would be here everyday!

One of the most authentic ramen houses in the greater Victoria area. Be advised that it is always busy with lines but well worth the wait. Delicious ramen, you can tell they focus a lot of energy on the soupbase rich and flavorful the only downside to the ramen bowl is the noodles are average for a ramen house. However the soup base is the most important part and the prices are good compared to other ramen houses in Victoria.They also have authentic Japanese beverages served the way they would be in Japan with green tea coming in a hot can.

It was not dissapointed as a forst customer. I think people really love their food. Great taste, especially the noodles/ramen so chewy. Love it. The flavour in my opinion is authentic, generous toppings as well. Ordered Takoyaki as an appetizer and taste amazing!! A great visit for lunch!

AMAZING. So excited to have authentic Japanese ramen in town. I had the Tan Tan Men, and the broth was so rich and incredible. Probably didn't need the extra noodles but I couldn't resist! Service was very friendly, polite and efficient. Will be returning forever :)

A small restaurant with a big impact. The staff are wonderfully friendly and the food is utterly delicious. I'm not a big ramen buff so I can't get into great detail, but suffice to say the broth was amazing and the noodles had a hint of richness that you could never get with instant ramen. I do wish there was a bit more variety with the toppings and dishes here, but I understand sticking to a smaller menu of quality items that you know how to do well. The pork belly that came with my order practically melted in my mouth! And good heavens I wish I could figure out how to boil my eggs like that.The restaurant is small, as I'd mentioned, and with the crowds of people that literally line up to get in here, you may wish to order to-go, come as an individual, or make a reservation. I went by myself at opening, and I still only barely managed to get a seat at the bar! It was a bit noisy too, but with such a large clientele and small space, there's nothing anyone can do about that. It's incredibly popular here for good reason. Ordering to-go/delivery could be a good option too, if you'd prefer to avoid the fuss.

Deliciously spicy tonkotsu! Takoyaki was just like having it in Japan, but the spring rolls could have been a bit better. The premium spicy edamame was surprisingly good too.I'll definitely be coming again!

Excellent food. Black arashi tan tan was fantastic. The chicken karaage was also great. It's a very good restaurant. The ramen was $17 and the appetizer was $7.50, and I felt it was worth it.

Ramen Arashi is the best ramen place here in Victoria! I’ve been here so many times now and my favourite thing to get here is the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with Bamboo Shoots added to it. If you can’t handle spice, the regular Tonkatsu Ramen is really good too! The broth is so rich and the pork belly is so tender. Their appetizers are really good too, I’d definitely recommend the Takoyaki. If you go here on weekdays between 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm they have a happy hour menu where you can get a can of pop or beer that comes with a half size appetizer and small salad! You definitely have to check this place out if you haven’t because the ramen here taste authentic!

Got the Vegie Black Tan Tan with added Nori and bamboo shoots. The sauce is good but I think I'd like the miso more. I love that the kale noodles are the standard for the veggie options. Not sure why spring mix is included. Gets soggy and doesn't add much flavour. Spring rolls are delicious. Service is good. Atmosphere is private and casual.
