Went into the UPS store yesterday for the first time. A man named Gino helped me- he was so friendly and attentive, all round great customer service!I had no idea they did shredding and copying; I will be back. Thank you Gino.

This kiosk is absolutely crazy Mr. Chan Bae charged me $5.64 to put a piece of tape on a box. Every other UPS store I have gone to they have not charged me. I told him to go ahead and charge me it would be nice to see him do some work. Who does he think he is to charge these prices. Does he think he is a lawyer. I can teach a monkey to do that job.No customer service at this kiosk. Gino was very pleasant to deal with.

Store#89 provided me a simple but urgent ‘scan to email’ service that was done quickly and with smiles! Staples on Brant refused me that basic service. UPS #89 staff were so friendly and happy to help. Thanks team!!

Really poor customer service provided to me today when I dropped off a small Amazon return. Young Asian male who took my package was rude and condesending. Its a shame because I have used this store many times in past and never had any issues with any staff ever!

My fiancé dropped a package off for me. Our printer did not print the label properly so we asked Gino to print it for us. He charged us $5.95 as a fee for printing the label. One page. At staples this would cost cents. Ridiculous. We will not go to this location again.
