I've been a long-time customer because the craftsmanship, speed at which alterations are completed and the prices are great.I don't even try anything on when I pick it up anymore, I know it will be perfect, it always is.And best of all, all the ladies are soooooooo sweet.

I've been going to Shuku for years to tailor my clothes and she has been absolutely amazing! When I bought my grad dress, I went straight to her for my alterations and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Thanks Shuku for all of your great work!

They charged me $175 for a hem on a dress. Absolutely ridiculous, the entire dress was tailor made for me in Ontario for just over $200 so I could have gotten the whole dress re-made slightly shorter for around the same price. It's partially my fault as the owner wouldn't give me a firm price but kept saying it wouldn't be much". The dress was for a friend's wedding otherwise I would have walked out instead of being scammed."

Mrs.Shuku is a spectacular person there's always a warm welcome and smile whenever I walk in the door! Other than her warm heart she is an amazing tailor and seamstress. She's altered all my work gear and dress clothes and it's always done with great detail for a reasonable price and quick delivery. We're lucky to have someone like her in the community.

Quality and efficiency has really gone downhill. The last 3 items we have taken here have either not been tailored or tailored completely incorrectly. We had to take the last two suits to another tailor afterwards to have them re-done. The second tailor said nothing was even done on the suit jackets. So disappointing as previous work was done really well.

Did an amazing job on a fur coat I have. Although I took off 1 star because I came today at 3:40pm and the store is closed when it is well within working hours labelled. Dissapointing to drive this way.

Shuku has hemmed and taken in many dresses, coats and pants for me over the last few years and always does an excellent job. She has done some very complex jobs for me and everything always fits perfectly once she is finished. Highly recommend this excellent tailor!

I can't say enough about the amazing work and exceptional customer service at La Maison Shuku. I was getting married and due to unforeseen circumstances, ended up running out of time to order a wedding dress and had to purchase off the rack (hoping some modifications could be made). I had previously been to a different tailor, only to be treated so poorly. It was a horrible experience. So I went to Shuku who was so understanding and she assured me it would be no problem at all to alter the dress to make it more age appropriate". I was so impressed with all the creative ideas she came up with and was ecstatic with the way it turned out. I can't thank her enough for everything she did and at such a reasonable price."

If you want the best tailor in Withe Rock, Shuku Is the one to go to. She is knowledgeable, fast and very skilled and also very budget friendly. Highly recommended.
