He walked us through all we needed to know and was very patient and thorough as we asked a million questions! Bike came into the store fairly quickly . They told me the bike would be ready for me when the open at 10 am but it wasn't . Had to wait for 1/2 hr for them to do the bike fit measurements when I sent them the day before. They told me they are under staffed and is difficult to provide customer service. The bike has been great so far and is better than my expectations. I recommended it to my friend and he bought the same bike as well from the same store

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who discovered the core problem regarding a broken spoke issue, and made the necessary repairs along with a couple of maintenance items. All corrective work was done satisfactorily. Store seems well stocked with top notch bikes and accessories. Overall very good experience and would recommend to others.

Service at Trek Burlington has been awesome. Our tune ups were done ahead of schedule, they explained what they did upon pickup, and helped us pick out some gear that helped us for our rides! Highly recommend!

I bought a new road bike from Trek Cycle Burlington a few months ago. I brought it in for a small repair earlier today. They repaired it right away and also made a few adjustments that I didn't even know were needed. No charge. They told me to save my free level-one service for when it was needed rather than using it up now. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Came in for the first time and got some work done on my trek emonda and this is where you want to bring your bike! Look no further. If you genuinely care for your bike, consider it your baby, ride constantly, you will want to bring it to trek in Burlington every time. The products are high quality and their staff is simply amazing. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy, this will undoubtedly be the shop I bring my bike to from this point on, highly recommend it. Big thank you to David who helped me through the entire process, explained why I needed certain parts and was great with communication.

The people who work at Trek Burlington are competent, very experienced and never fail to deliver the best experience they can give a customer. On my last visit to maintain my road bike they went out of their way to discover and repair a hidden issue with the bike which was causing early cable wear. The repair technician went as far as creating a special tool to fix the issue. Well done. They have added some extra chops to their wide knowledge of bike repair.
