I would highly recommend going to this location of The Source. My parents wanted to get a new phone with Virgin Mobile as well as change one of their existing cell plans. I also wanted to purchase a new phone. Angel was excellent and was able to explain all of the details about each of the options with us. Angel was awesome at getting me a new phone as well as working patiently with my parents to get their plan updated and also add a new phone line. I will go back to Angel in the future if I have any technical needs or problems. Thank you!

On Sunday Oct 20th, I brought my 1 day old Canon Magetank Printer G3200 back to this The Source location to return because after spending the whole night try to have the printer connected to the computer. It didn't work and we got so frustrated for spending 350 bucks on this. The 2 guys plus 1 lady in this source location told me, since I opened the ink toner, they would not take it as a return. For a solution, they gave me a Canon Canada customer service number to contact. BTW, I did exatctly Step by Step as the Canon Printer instruction said ,which was to open the Ink Toner as the STEP 1!Absolutely lie!The next Wednesday, I managed to bring the Printer set and original receipt to another the Source store in Mississauga MEADOWVALE TOWN CENTER location. Explained the situation and the guy happily did the return for me without any lies.Please see the attached receipt. I will escalate this to the Source and Marketplace mall  management to let them aware of this terrible thing is not acceptable.

They rarely have what I need in stock; even simple things like USB hubs. I’m surprised these guys are still in business with Amazon having everything you need.

The staff at The Sourcec have always been there for me whenever I've had ANY issues or questions about ANYTHING! THEY HAVE SEEN ME THROUGH AT LEAST 3 cell phones, and have been more than helpful, whether in person or when I've had any questions/ issues over the phone. They are courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend shopping there, especially the one in Georgetown Marketplace!!

The best service I got from any employees anywhere in the longest time these guys really stayed patient and helped me figure out an impossible problem with my sim card. Thanks for everything especially Ayoush sorry if misspelled, but thanks.

My family and I just got new phones today. There were many issues setting them up none of which were due to anything anyone did just temperamental technology. The staff were incredibly patience and helpful. They ensured everything was working before we left. As other costumers came in they were greeting friendly and asked if they needed assistance. The staff multitask incredibly well.
