Bought a truck here, Robin completely accommodated me and my requests. It was exactly what I needed and fit perfectly in my budget. They even went to the extent of transferring it for me at the ministry. Phenomenal customer service, and overall great place and knowledgeable staff. Stay away from Clyne. He is an unskillful and careless person. He painted the bumper of my car, but the surface is uneven and color doesn't match the original color; even worse he broke my taillight and refused to replace it.

I have purchased many cars in my life and never felt more comfortable with buying from Robin at Motor World, he was so honest and left nothing out, he never tried to push financing, let me pay how I chose even though he incurred fees. He drove the car 1 hr to my door and it was spotless! He even followed up a few weeks later... I can only hope more buyers use Motor World, professionalism at its best!

I purchased a car for my daughter and have always been skeptical about purchasing from a smaller used car dealer. I test drove and went over the vehicle myself and found a few things not working and told the salesman Paul who took care of my concerns and addressed them. Paul was courteous and available when I had questions. I'm not as skeptical as I was thx to Paul.
