Kaldeck Truck & Trailers

I recently purchased a 6'x12' Utility trailer from Keith. After quite a bit of research, I decided to call Kaldeck. I liked their pricing and features and the fact that it was a small town business. Keith explained in lots of detail the construction of the trailer which was really appreciated. I know that I have bought a trailer that will last a long time. Very much appreciate Keith's customer service! To top it all off, they can deliver it most of the way to Russell, which is really appreciated!

I had been looking for a trailer for quite a while. I came across Kaldeck Truck and Trailers on FB market place. I called Greg on an ad I saw and he was responsive, informative and easy to deal with. I got there a day early so they weren’t expecting me and the trailer needed to be PDI. Right away his team took a trailer out of the shop and got to work on my trailer. They made sure everything was good and the way I wanted it. They had me on my way in no time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I’m a deal hunter and their pricing was better than anyone I had come across in my search. Really great group of guys and incredibly honest and straight forward small family business I was happy to support. I have already referred some business to them and would again without hesitation. Sheared the studs off my trailer went in and Paul showed me the damage to my hub and explained the effects but never pressured me into buying a new one. Really appreciate his knowledge and no stress/pressure demeanor. They had everything in stock and I was in and out in mins!

You will not find a more fair, honest and helpful business like Kaldeck anywhere. I purchased a H&H 16x7 trailer and they will work with you no matter what financial situation you are in. They have several financing options that can give you an answer on the spot.Kevin who I mainly delt with was super helpful and patient with me and showed me all things trailer cause I knew literally nothing about trailers before. The other guys in the shop also super friendly and I can't remember her name but the lovely lady with red hat was a joy to meet.Overall I can't say enough good things about Kaldeck. It's rare to meet such good and honest people these days. Highly recommend and if you are far away, trust me it will be worth the drive.P..S they rent out trailers and stuff too.All the best Kaldeck! I can’t express how thankful we are to Paul and everyone else at Kaldeck. After being stranded half way home across the country, and having two prior terrible experiences, we stumbled upon this location by accident and at a point where we wanted to give up, these kind folks were friendly and professional, their shop is exactly what you expect of a proper business. Paul is a wizard and an honest tradesman, which in these days is a rare thing to find. Thank you all so much for getting us through that ugly breakdown and back on the road. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody out there looking around.

Had an issue with a trailer stolen and ordered a new one from Greg. Just as we received the new one, the old one was found. Now most businesses would take our cheque, or at the very least our deposit, and run for the hills. Not Kaldeck!!! Took everything back and returned 100% of the deposit. These guys are the real deal and that reputation will surely serve them well!!! Thanks so much again Greg!!

I recently brought my trailer to Kaldeck to get some suspension work done. As mentioned in prior reviews it is a bit of a drive but I can guarantee that you will not find a more equipped trailer shop. Paul is very knowledgeable and will make every attempt to make sure your taken care of. When you pull up to the shop you'll notice that Kaldeck doesn't treat trailers as a added value product like many others in the province, they know trailers and have all the parts to fix them. Although trailer repairs are never cheap you can be sure that kaldeck will have the repairs completed in the best and most efficient manner possible. Although I have not bought a trailer from kaldeck I have interacted with the sales team and once again these guys will make sure your needs are looked after and your matched with the right trailer or truck deck for your needs.

I thought the experience of buying a trailer here was a good one. Easy to talk to, and Greg was good to explain the features of the various trailers, very helpful to make sure I had everything I needed to legally pull the trailer down the road safely. His staff was also very helpful, and happily brought out the second trailer when I decided to go two feet longer in size of trailer, switching over the included spare tire from one trailer to the other with no complaints.
