Cant speak for the physical store as i have yet to visit one but as far as online orders go, the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with an order i placed and the lady who handles the online order customer service took care of me and offered a solution that was fair and prompt. Also, they sent a couple of free gifts with the order which was nice. Wish i got the name of the lady who helped me on the phone..but if you are happening to read this, im the guy that ordered a ton of joico spiker LOL. Thanks for your service!

Very unprofessional and unreliable I ordered a clippers on the 31st They Charge my card sent me shipping notice sent me a link to an app for tracking. then on the 9th they refunded my money and said sorry it's out of stock I would have already bought something else instead of waiting . Lame experience
