Kushi's service at Subway was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made sure that my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it. She was very patient as I made my sandwich selections and even gave me great recommendations on what toppings to add. Kushi also kept the restaurant clean and sanitized while attending to all customers with the utmost care. Thanks to her excellent service, I had a delicious and enjoyable meal at Subway. I highly recommend this location for their amazing service, especially with Kushi on the team!

I will say the sub was good! We tried the new jalapeño bun and loved it! I got a turkey bacon sub...I watched her put the meat on my sub and it was very little, to me it was the amount that would have gone on a 6 inch sub. Then she got the bacon and was going to put it on my sub with out microwaving it, she only microwaved when I questioned her.Then she put 2 pieces on my 12 inch sub. I always find they try and put on as little toppings as possible...I have to ask for more onions etc. We ate in and had to listen to the owner/ employer argue with a customer who was asking a question and was unsatisfied with the meat on his sub. He was very unprofessional and continued to agree even when the customer said that's enough. On their way out those customers told us there are always problems at this location.

We have visited here many times but our recent experience was exceptionally brilliant it was Lalit who made our sandwich veggie footlong he was so calm and professionally made it with all sauces it really extremely good or impressive now will definitely not go to any other subway. Awesome service. Try once .

Worst experience, rude service by the staff, they served us uncooked food and when we show them they are giving back answers and rude words by the owner his name is Lalit.Don’t ever try this outlet

Good customer service. Owner of the restaurant has very welcoming and kind nature. Clean restaurant and fresh food served. Eventhough there was a long customer queue, we were welcomed with smile and served with patience. Definitely a go to place near grand bend beach.

Have been to many subways but this was the absolute worst subway ever. Majority of the 4,5 stars here should be from bots. I don’t think a normal human being would rate this 5 stars. Absolute disaster!

I have always loved Subway and had amazing experiences at all chains EXCEPT this one. The service was terrible. I asked for the new steak rice bowl from the picture on the wall as it looked really good and I wanted to try something new. The man working gave about 4 toppings of everything right down to the pickles. When I politely asked for more of some toppings he said no. The bowl was about 1/4 filled. I was astonished and asked why and said the picture made it appear you got at least half the bowl of toppings if you would like. The man replied “pictures never look like real life” and closed the bowl. It took all of 2 mins to eat and I am still hungry. I have never been so upset. This is a horrible representation of the franchise. I think an audit should be done if this subway as it was the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life.
