The Sherwood Park PetSmart staff are phenomenal. All very friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. The in house dog trainer Lisa is amazing. I highly recommend her and the store for everything.

I'd like an answer on this please. I thought reptiles of any kind, especially bearded dragons, shouldn't be put together, they fight for food, heat, and everything else, two is bad enough but 6????? What's the reason behind this, please give me an answer

Always have what we need for our pets.. love the fact my wife can call ahead and order what we need and it's good to go for me upon arrival... Staff are a lil undereducated on certain pet aspects but that's to be expected...

As i am sharing my experience this time my pup got haircut but its hair are uneven as clearly we can see in images around its neck which looks untidy even hair of ears and chest are also shapeless and few small few big seems like unprofessional grooming.(Totally dissatisfied with the service)

Great customer service, although some of the staff don't seem too confident in the answers or advice they give on certain animals and fish. Best to do your own research before getting any kind of animal or fish, ect. from here

Someone needs to tell their “trainer” not to give customers unsolicited advice. I came in to buy items for my dog’s birthday, and had an employee approach my dog and give their opinion about her prong collar. I have worked in the pet industry for years, she didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know, but it was honestly just uncomfortable and really annoying. If I wanted her “professional opinion”, I would have either asked for it, or paid for her training classes. The woman working the register was super pleasant though! Regardless, I don’t plan on coming back. It was unprofessional and came off condescending. I’d rather not run into her again.
