We needed a pair of stair rails installed. We were able to get a quote on-line by supplying Ottawa Deck and Rail with photos of the intended installation area. The quote was satisfatory, and we were scheduled for installation in three weeks. But they had a postponement, and we were able to get our job done less than a week after we placed the order. The installer was fantastic. Very professiobal and courteous, and he took the time to ensure that the railing was perfect. And, he did it all in the freezing rain! Ottawa Deck and rail installed rails on my front and rear decks. Although the work required was not straight forward the installer came and assessed the problem and developed solution that met my needs. The job was done very well at a fair price and in timely fashion. I highly recommend this company.

We used Ottawa Deck and Rail for the installation of hand rails on our tiered patio and front steps. They were responsive to all of our questions and did a great job on the install. Had this company quote me for a glass and picket aluminum railing, after getting a quote from a big box building supply company. Ottawa Deck and Rail (ODR) were $1000 cheaper for the same product. Since we were saving $ we had them install the railing too and even with installation, it was less than the big box store price for materials only. We are so happy with the finished product and with the workmanship of Mytch Roy who installed it. He was pleasant, professional and he did this install in two days during the heat wave, which went above and beyond what our expectations were. He explained the warranty and encouraged us to contact ODR if we had questions or any issues, saying they stood behind the product and installation. I recommend this company!

It was so nice working with Ottawa Deck and Rail. After consulting with Kyle, we ordered the customized deck glass railing. We like the railing style very much and the price is so reasonable. Their staff came two times. The first trip was to install the posts and took the measurement for the customized glass, and the second trip was to install the glass. Their staff are so nice, knowledgeable and professional. When I talked them about a minor issue, they sent a technician so quickly and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. I am so appreciated what they have done for us.

Ottawa Deck and Rail's installation of our combined topless glass and rail decking was first class. Their onsite installer, Logan arrived on time and his installation was very professional. He made several suggestions on the finished product and we happy that we followed his experienced advice, as the finished product is everything that we hoped it would be.
