Where to start. Dr. Shahid is my 87 year old grandmas family doctor as of recently. I have been with my Grandma for the two appointments that she has had with this “family” dr. To start there was no hi, hello my name is, how are you etc. She walks into the dr office 15 minutes late. High heels and fancy purse all up tight. She Calls my Grandma to the room walks so fast ahead of us we don’t know what room to go into. We finally find it I get my grandma to sit down. Still no hi hello… she literally looks at my grandma who is clearly in breathing distress as she currently has pneumonia, and raises her voice so loud it’s a yell… WHY ARE YOU HERE!?Now let’s go back 4 weeks… to when her pneumonia was found… my grandma was in emerg. getting antibiotics via IV. The emerg dr said please get your family dr to book you a cat scan right away. Okay… Dr Shahid the next day… no you don’t need one. Wouldn’t book it. Now today… my Grandma is in ICU at the hospital because she almost died. Her oxygen plummeted. Thankfully my Grandma called the dr office on wed to make an urgent appt to see her dr as she wasn’t getting better… oh but wait the clinic told her no no appts are open for a week and a half… then my grandma tells the receptionist that she has pneumonia… the receptionist quickly changes her tone and says oh oh well I think we just had a cancelation how about tomorrow at 9am. My grandma making this appt saved her life because I went to her house to check on her Thursday morning before her appt and she was hours away from death. We will never be back to this clinic or to Dr. Shahid. She is be very rude and does not care at all about the patient. Not even to book follow up appts or take one tiny extra step to check into something for someone’s health. If 0 was a rating this Dr. gets it.

Dr. Henry is absolutely amazing, she listens and cares about her patients. The office staff is so wonderful and always helpful. Such a warm and happy feeling when i need to visit the office for myself or my child. Not to mention the RN they have there is amazing with kids and made my little one so comfortable with getting her 5yr vaccines last year.

Absolutely love Dr.Donnally, the only reason there's 2 stars. Call after 1145? Phones already on lunch. Call before 115? Still on lunch. Call at 345? Phones have already been transfered to automated messages. Call between 9-11? Good luck getting through to anyone first 3 tries. Such a joke. I had an appointment last week, no one called. Not even to say it needed to be rescheduled. Just didn't receive a call. Unprofessional.

I have been seeing Dr Henry since she was in Superstore. Since the move, I have had nothing but problems with reception. They rarely answer the phone, when they do they're quite often rude, they have lost important insurance paperwork (taking months to complete) more than once, Dr H referred me to deal with the office manager instead of reception and she's been even more useless than reception, the phone appointments are rarely at the scheduled time, they charge fees that never used to have a charge then get offended when hidden fees is mentioned, she expects me to know office codes for visits and I rarely see Dr H anymore, its always her students. I really like Dr H but I am so fed up with the office staff and I am so ready to find a new Dr!!!

My son ran out of his medication, in August the specialist forwarded a letter saying that my family doctor would be taking over his refills etc the specialist left me with a big enough refill tell January. I called today to have it refilled they new nothing about the letter nor did the person on the phone care. They also couldn't find him asked if he's a new patient when I've been with them since I was pregnant with him which was over 9 years ago. I explained that without the meds it would mess him up really bad, he can't even go to school without them. The girl gave 0 cares. Said the doctor henry is busy they'll get her to call me end of January. That they can't just talk to her about it. You'd think a doctor's office would know how bad it is to take a medication for your body and mind just up and stop. How sick that can make a person. The person on the phone tried to blame me for the note they didn't see... like I'm the doctor receiving it. I had to call and get the specialist to fax over a new letter. You'd think when it came to children's health they'd actually care more. Most unprofessional, disgusting thing I've ever experienced now my poor son suffers because of their lack of responsibility and ego.

Dr.Shahid, on multiple occasions, has talked down to myself and my family members while failing to properly assess situations and appointments - causing very uncomfortable and stressful conversations. She can be late, but if you are they can charge you. So if you set an appointment for when you’re free from work or kids, if she decides to call early or late, it’s on you. This doctor has called me overweight as well as my partner when our weight was irrelevant to our appointment reasons. Telling me I “need to be 110lbs” which is physically impossible at my height. It’s a shame since finding a family doctor is extremely difficult, and when we finally get one, the experience become something to dread. It doesn’t feel like she really listens when we’re speaking about problems we’re having. I hope things change and that others don’t experience the same tone/situations.

After an initial consult, and recent bloodwork, my spouse received a call from the office to call them back. I did so and after a lengthy wait, I talked to the receptionist to let her know that I had a message to call back. She could not find any record of my name or a message. This was last month, and I never heard back-until today. Same thing again , I have been on hold for 30 minutes and no answer. The nurse practitioner who we see is very professional but I have never experienced such poor service from any medical office. I once again did not get in contact with anyone, after they called my home to tell me to call them. I could literally have some fatal disease with 12 hours to live but I would be unaware. We have lived in many places and several provinces in Canada, but this is the most difficult office to contact, if you are a working stiff. Only phone or fax (fax?) Not even Morse code.

Had an appointment scheduled, received a reminder email even the day prior, I waited from 11:30-4:00 and never received the call. So I call the office this morning, dealing with MOA Stephanie, she informed me that Dr Henry wasn't even there yesterday that she was on-call working from the hospital!!! WHY SCHEDULE HER IF SHE ISN'T THERE?!! I even said if I missed the appointment I'd be billed $50, she said oh you won't be billed

Worst health clinic i have ever dealt with. Worst office management worst personal care i have received from any heath care professionals in all my years with chronic pain and serious life altering condition. Pathetic consideration. Cant wait to find a new clinic.Also i just read other reviews and find similarities thru out and each one has different doctor. Thats 3 different physicians and same attitude and clinic vibe"."

I love the Reception and the staff, but it is tremendously difficult to get through their their phone line. You can wait from anywhere from 30 minutes or longer, then someone answers and asks you to wait, and you ended up waiting again for a long time. One time I called and the phone just rang and rang. So this is very frustrating especially when they ask you to call to book an appointment. The online appointment does not work for my dr.?
