I went into your store with my friend to look at possible engagement rings. We were not greeted upon arriving and when we finally did get service, we were judged and told a ring that was of interest to look at wasn’t within our budget when the consultant failed to ask what our budget was. When we said we wanted to try on a morganite stone, we were looked at and then told “I think you could wear morganite” in a judge mental tone. After trying on a couple of rings, another morganite stone caught our eye and the consultant withheld it because “she didn’t like it and liked the other one better”. It was just very poor, unfriendly, judgemental service that wasn’t appreciated and will probably end with my friend shopping at a different location or different store entirely based on the experience. I used a manage a jewelry store and that service was just baffling considering you’re supposed to have the clients views and wants at the forefront of the sale, especially when shopping for a unique engagement ring that the client will likely wearing for the rest of her life. If I could rate a 0/10 I would based on the customer service received.

What can I say. Kim Eckel isn’t just an amazing woman, but an undisputed diamontologist as well. She makes going in and buying jewelry both engaging and satisfactory. She truly takes taking care of a client to another level. Would definitely recommend going to see her and Michael. Great people, great service, and they take pride in everything they do. 10/10 would recommend

My partner and I had such a great experience with Kim! She was so honest, kind and patient with us. Kim really helped up find exactly what we were looking for at an amazing price. We are so happy with the purchase. All the other staff were really friendly too. I definitley recommend going here to find your perfect engagement ring.

In the car on my way from the store and I couldn’t wait to put a review in. That’s how great my experience was here. Besides having the most unique and eye-catching jewelry you will ever see, it was the people who made our experience absolutely phenomenal. They were kind and accommodating to our needs even coming back to the store a third time in one day:) Getting to know them and then taking the time to get to know us made us very happy and excited with our purchases. I highly recommend this store and their gorgeous products!

I visit often and usually have a pleasant visit, especially when the brown haired gentleman is working. Saturday evening, as I was leaving the mall I saw a blonde lady employee arguing with a young gentleman. If it was an employee it should have been handled privately or at a different time but if this was just a random customer how disgusting to see this occur. Very unprofessional the way she was speaking, I'd rather take my business elsewhere from now on.

Everyone was lovely. Service was wonderful. Robyn was so helpful and knowledgable when looking at different items on both of my visits. Robyn made my experiences very enjoyable. 1000/10 would go back!

Went in with my wife to select a ring to commemorate our 25th wedding anniversary.... Found some great pieces of jewellery.... We did visit several jewellery stores at the mall but CHARMS offered the best customer service..... Great experience...Faldelah was awesome and really took the time to ensure my wife found what she was looking for....I will definitely use this location as my first stop for any future jewellery purchases... Keep up the awesome service....

Mike helped us pick out and design our engagement ring. He was super helpful throughout the entire process. He kept us in the loop while the ring was getting made and ensured we were aware of everything as it was happening.He made this whole process as easy as possible and we will certainly be coming back to see him when it comes time for the wedding bands. The final product looks amazing and is everything we were hoping for.Thank you for everything Mike!
