I must say I truly felt like a Queen and was told I was a Queen. I will be happy to return for a true spa experience. I had two attendants doing my manicure and pedicure simultaneously and still had an hour plus of a very relaxing experience. This was a Christmas gift; best gift ever.

Listened to the service I wanted and was efficient.I don’t like the upgraded chairs in the pedicure area though. They no longer recline so I can’t get as comfortable during my service. The bubble lines also make the pedicure water cold pretty quickly.Either way I’ll go back. I like how they handle my nails.

Pro Nails NEVER EVER disappoints. Every Pinterest inspiration I’ve brought in has been done for me spot on!They are kind and excited to see me every time I come in. My nail tech Ty is always responsive with what I want and I always trust him to give me fantastic nails!10/10 will always be my fav nail salon in Northfield.

My daughter took me here for my Birthday! We got this young man name TyHe was the sweetest nail artist I ever had.And when myself and Daughter walk in we got greeted right away and the workers there was all so nice and friendly.

This place is amazing!! We had a big group for my friends wedding, and they were able to make us all feel so special! It was so relaxing, and I absolutely love my nails! Will definitely be returning!

If I could give them a 0 I would. The man who was the front attendant was very pushy and made my sister and I uncomfortable. Making remarks of where the “latinas are at” and other remarks on our skin color. My nails were rushed and sloppy and when I asked for gold the woman doing my nails put silver. We will definitely never come back here.

I went here for my first time today and I definitely found my new nail place! Ty did my nails and I was absolutely amazed when it looked perfect to the picture with a little twist! My favorite nails I have ever gotten! The pedicure was also amazing! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Made me feel like I’ve been a regular costumer for a long time. HIGHLY recommend the salon!
