Great customer service, I requested to come in on Canada Day to see caskets as I was told my mother only has a few days left. I wanted her to know she was going to have a beautiful and peaceful bed. We selected the Belove casket that gave my mother comfort in knowing it was much similar to my late father’s casket. At the end we opt for the flower bundle in red and white. Firstly, I want to emphasize how gorgeous the flowers were as it was full of big roses and very fresh… red was my mother’s favourite colour. I was overwhelmingly pleased. Secondly, I saved at least $3000 on the casket itself. The casket was better than the caskets at funeral home and it had a unique interior, which was a main reason this was the one for my mother. This has been so difficult but the lady Yvonne at Haven Casket, had been so helpful and supportive.Many thanks, Yvonne.

It was a very smooth transaction. Yvonne, explains all the options clearly and in detail. She’s very good with the process and very prompt. She’s up front and states the timelines. My mother recently passed away. My siblings and I were in the process of looking to purchase a headstone for her grave when I came across Haven Caskets and Monuments.Had ,known that they sold Caskets before arrangements were made, I would have bought it here áqqqqqqqAfter comparing prices from other suppliers, I found their prices 50%-75% less. I was amazed!I was told by Yvonne, the manager, that they purchase directly from suppliers, so there is no middle person cost involved.I found Yvonne to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with my choice.I would definitely recommend this business to anyone making final arrangements for their loved ones.

Nobody is pleased when in need to do this kind of business, but life has proven that we do not have a choice. When you step in the door of a funeral arrangements company, you definitely need patience, compassion, understanding, warmth. Well... we found all of these and even more at Heaven Casket in Markham. We have visited a few other places, but luckily we ended up here. Cas welcomed us with deep understanding of our needs, he was extremely knowledgeable and took all of his time to guide us into making the best choice of the monument we wanted to order. I was 110 percent pleased with the service from Haven Casket. Lady on the phone very helpful and friendly. The cremation box is beautiful and most appropriate for my Mom's ashes. She loved nature and the carved bird on the box would make her very happy. I would have no hesitation about working with Haven Casket again.

Went to order a Monument and was helped by Yvonne who truly knows her job and customer needs, she was VERY helpful with helping with my wants and designs, Yvonne made it a very easy job of choosing a monument and showing me what it would look like on the computer, and well as helping with which vase would look great, Plus adding a picture. Yvonne did all the arrangements with delivery to Cemetery/Church and all the other things that need to be done took care of everything. We were very happy with our experience with Haven Casket. We not only were involved in choosing a headstone for my late sister and brother-in-law but went ahead and purchased for ourselves. From working with Yvonne on design to price and installation can only be described as a positive experience. The bonus - couldn’t beat the cost. We were quoted double from another company! I would highly recommend them!!

Great customer service from start to finish. We bought a casket, headstone and base. It ended up being a process over months and we always had prompt and thoughtful communication. Yvonne was always helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just made everything super easy. Prices here are very good, definitely in comparison to what you'd pay at the cemetery. Happy with the quality and look of the casket and monument as well. Would definitely recommend

Excellent customer service and very prompt delivery/installation of monument. Yvonne is a stellar representative of this organization-sensitive with my elderly mum, responsive to our many questions, and provided regular status updates on monument completion and installation. Prices are also extremely reasonable-less than 1/2 of price offered by cemetery. I highly recommend this business.

I heard a lot of horror stories about people being overcharged at funeral homes for their caskets and tombstones, I wanted to find a place that is more reasonably priced that's when I found haven casket online. I called to inquire some information and booked an appointment to come in. They had a large selection of casket on display and half the price at what the funeral home was charging. The staff was very informative and I ended up order one that day. I am happy with the service I received and will come back for my father's tombstone.
