Went to get a new full Co2 tank. Carried in my empty, John carried out the full and placed it in my car. When I got home I realized the new tank was also empty, even lighter than the empty one I took in. First thing was we weighed it should be 47lbs approx was only 26lbs. called the next day and arranged to bring it in to exchange, he gave me a replacement and basically called me a liar, that he did not give me an empty tank, not a good way to do business, if it was an honest mistake at least own it, don’t try to blame the customer

Excellent Customer Service! They adjusted my order when I picked out the wrong type and this was after the long weekend, I bet they were busy. They shipped out on time as well, no delay. My order landed today! It is Perfect!!! I am so happy! The customer service was just perfect! Super Friendly and responsive! I will be back again! I will hopefully get the order selection right the first time! Lol After chatting online, I am going to stop in to see the store as well. Thank you! I will be back again!! So good!! Just what I needed!

A great option for make at home flavors! Name brand is great, but honestly, I have pretty much been converted to the Jilly Pop offerings. Great value, fast shipping, and very responsive customer service to inquiries and questions. Their Sugar Free options are AMAZING!!! My soda stream has never been busier making tasty options for.my family and I. 5 stars all the way

Amazing customer service and wide selection of products online. I was having problems with delivery (nothing to do with the shop) and contacted them. They fixed it up very quickly and were very professional. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend.

Worst possible service I have ever experienced. Unintelligible replies from a (maybe drunk?) employee when I inquire where my order is 3 weeks after ordering. They created a shipping label same day as my order, I received not other communication.I email in a follow up 3 weeks later, get a unintelligible reply, which I reply to and reaffirm I want my refund processed. 4 days later, again, no reply. So I follow up again saying I want a refund. 2 days after that I send a warning that I will proceed with Charge back if they do not process a refund as I STILL had not heard back. Then they state they shipped my order 3 days AFTER my initial refund request.My opinion is, avoid this company. Their incompetence is hard to forgive, let alone ignore. The very meager savings is not worth the hassle.

Most rude customer service I've ever experienced in my life. John lost business today because he has no manners and no respect for the very customers that were willing to spend money with him. He's probably too old at this point to learn.

Excellent self-owned business. Kind man at the helm. Lots of custom flavours available for homemade sodas. They have a wide variety of sugar-free options (although I wish they had ginger-ale, because I would be showing up a lot more often if they did). Offers re-filled tanks as well. I am glad I have been given this alternative to buying product from SodaStream directly. as I know many of you may be sensitive with your personal consumer choices.

Unfortunately I will never order from them againThere was no deceit or anything However the syrup will not work with soda streamBy the time you add enough syrup to make it taste like pop It's completely flatAnd I like my pop or water very bubblyThe 1st shipment they sent me was wrong they sent me three 2l bottles of Diet Coke SyrupI Messaged them I had the replacement the very next dayThey told me to keep the Diet Coke syrup as they can't resell itUnfortunately now I have 6l of Diet Coke syrup and 5 and 3/4 liters of Diet PepsiAnd won't use itIf you ever get a better ratio I'll be happy to order In Bulk
