Tool Rental at The Home Depot
We booked a van the day before we needed it, to transport the garden equipment we were also renting. When we arrived the next day, we discovered the van rental has been cancelled, and that someone else was renting it instead. So, we could not do any of our intended work. No explanation of why our reservation was cancelled in favor of someone else's. As it turns out, we were sent an email that evening notifying us of the cancellation, but again, no explanation provided. Now, with rain forecast for the next week, we are unlikely to be able to get the work done this fall
