Second time no I've ordered a steak and egg and ended up with a bacon and egg. They don't understand at the drive through window. Pure trash place to order food!!

The jazz music was super annoying. It was more like Elevator music. We didn't even want to stay and have our coffee.

Worst customer service ever. From entering our order wrong on the speaker and having to correct and repeat it over and over again. To the window where they did not get our bagels right and even gave me the wrong one. The girl at the window told me to keep it and she would make a new one. She later comes back and ask for the wrong one. I really hope that didn't go to another customer as my fingers were all in it. Another bagle come out and is still wrong and had to be fixed again. It was 20 plus minutes in the drive through for 2 cold drinks and 2 bagels and we were the only people in the drive through. We also paid with Tim's card and asked what the balance was and she just dismissed us and said it was to fast and she didn't know. Terrible experience.

By far the worst customer service TimHortons I’ve ever been too. Order was wrong and instead of just resolving the issue they decided to argue with me about what I ordered even when I was going to pay for what was not given to me after. Drove down the road to the tiger Tim Hortons where it seems like all the good staff moved too…

Ordered a Red eye ice coffee, got a regular ice coffee..... I waited in line again to get the right coffee, the ladie just dismissed me when I told her it wasn't a red eye. I feel ripped off

Ordered on DT specially asked for heated food and french vanilla got to the window. The guy was so rude handed out wrong drink it was some coffee and my food was not even heated i was half way when i start eating, i had to come back and asked for right food. Please make sure you are not rude to your guest and atleast appologize if made mistake

Had to repeat myself multiple times ordering a simple breakfast combo. I was first in line yet still waited nearly 10 mins for my items with no explanation and they forgot to put sugar in my coffee.It would be really nice if any of these Tim Hortons locations in the area would give their front end employees even the bare minimum of training.

Service was slow and even after waiting, we didn't get what we order. We visited in a group of 5, 3 of us received incorrect food and 1 had missing order. Quality and quantity of the food was also not upto the mark. Coffees were all water, food was cold and stale. Highly disappointed. Not recommended :(

Trust me if i can give less than this star i will, one of the worst service and worst staff ever I've been through, asked for 2 different bagel they made totally wrong order, when we told them its wrong they took the bagel from our hands and applied theissing herb and garlic on the same bagel its totally unhygenic, they legitly burnt the bagel by toasting it again, bought almost 4 coffees, all of them were trash, if cannot serve correctly just don't serve it, even the cup of roasted hazelnut coldbrew was less than the usual amount, legit disappointed, potato wedges are also uncooked, please take action against it this is not good we are paying enough to get the proper Service!!!!
