Excellent Nails

The staff there is amazing! They really know their stuff. I've been there to get my eyebrows waxed and to get a pedicure and they do an amazing job

Went there today with my husband, we got pedicures done. It was his first time getting a pedicure the jets did not work on his seat, they should have put him in a seat where the jets worked. The lady that was doing my pedicure told me to never get a pedicure again that no one will touch my feet because i am ticklish. I have gotten pedicures done before and have never had anyone be so rude.Will not go there again, would NOT recommend. It was very dead in there, now I understand why.

I have been a long time customer of this salon and refered many people.I had my last visit with this salon today as it was the 3rd time in a row i was extremely disappointed. I went in to have a full set put on and they did a very sloppy job to the extent of me being embarrased to show my nails. I went back for a fill 2 weeks later and to have them corrected by another staff member (Cindy) and was told i should have come in if i wasn't satisfied the first time.The correction she did was terrible but i paid for the service in full as i was somewhat rushed through the whole process before seeing how bad of a job they did. My nails were very thick and lumpy and the shape was so wide people even commented when seeing my nails how different they looked and odd shaped. I went back today and had Tina fix them (5 days after my last visit) and told them I wanted a polish change (which i would pay for) but also wanted them re-shaped as they were shaped like a wide V" rather then the natural shape of my nail bed. As i was trying to explain the parts I was unhappy with and wanted corrected i was "shushed"

I have been going here for years and have always been satisfied. Despite another post the gel polish has always lasted me until it has grown out. I have only had manicures & pedicures so I cannot attest to the quality of their fake nails. Customer service is always good and I witnessed them being very patient with a very difficult customer that rather than look at the colours available kept asking them to match her own polish she had brought from home but then didn’t like any of the ones they chose because it wasn’t exactly the same as her own.

I have a stamp card and asked to redeem it. They refuse to honour it. I had a manicure and pedicure. The lady asked the owner, but she said I was getting 10% off my total as it was 10% off their services that day. How does that make sense? Avoid this business as they are dishonest and have shady practices. No wonder this place is empty whenever I have gone in the past few months. The card is worthless as they are cheaters and don't honour it! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. They went from #1 Nails to Excellent Nails for a reason.Card statesA minimum $25 purschase for a stamp. Collect 10 stamps

Went in with my 3 girlfriends for our friends birthday. I got a gel polish on my toes 13 days ago and all but one toe now has no polish. I work in a spa and I know gel polish is suppose to last 6-8 weeks. All my friends got polish and withing a week their polish started chipping off. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I can not say enough good things about this place, it is the best, and I'm so happy I tried them. They instantly became my nail salon after the first visit. The prices are great, the massage chairs are primo, and I have never gotten such thorough pedicures anywhere else, ever. I was surprised the first time I got my nails done there because they spent so much time on my feet and legs as part of the regular pedi. I mean a really long time, including several different treatments that I have only ever come across as extras, or included in more expensive pedis. She massages my legs for ages, uses hot stones, hot oil treatment, and lots more. I always love the work they do, and I always feel like I should have paid more. It's so relaxing. They take their time, and I always feel like I have gotten significantly more than what I pay for. I highly recommend this place, I haven't gone anywhere else since I found them. I've never had to wait, and it's never overcrowded. Just trust me, give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in and asked to have the polish I had taken off and a gel polish put on. She proceeded to start removing my nails! I had just gotten acrylic ones down recently. She didn't understsnd when I told her no just change the polish. She attempted to fix" my nails but they now look horrible and no where near as good as they did. I will never go here again and will tell everyone I know NOT to go here"

I've been to this place a few times now. Manicures are fine but every time I get a pedicure they cut me, I bleed and eventually i get an infection and ingrown toe nails. They are very unprofessional about it too. The lady that cut me (yesterday) pretended it didnt happen and just continued. Proceeding to put alcohol on the wound which hurt like hell. Then they all talk their language and you cant understand and that is super rude. Even though they cut me 3 times I was not given an apology let alone a discount.Will never have a pedicure there again.
