The service here is absolutely the best. Not only was I extremely well taken care of but so was my car. I worries about having my Tesla repair done after a hit and run but this place really set my mind at ease. Jenn is excellent! She even stayed there till the last minute to ensure I could pick up my car and that I was happy with it. They repaired a small dent I had as well AND cleaned the car. I am beyond happy with the service I received.

As far as needing extensive repairs on my Tesla model 3. CSN handled everything perfectly. I could not have asked for a more professional experience.Big thank you to everyone who helped me out.

Not the greatest experience here. IF YOU'RE READING THIS, THEN INSPECT YOUR CAR THOUROUGHLY ON PICKUP. I had my Tesla model 3 trunk lid repaired here. Upon pickup I found various things not done according to the book or not done at all.From accident, the inside of the trunk lid popped out, upon pick up it was still popped out; showed it to the guy, he took the car back and applied the patch on the hatch, but it is not by the book. You don't see these patches on certified repair or new car. Picture attached.When the trunk opens it makes a very distinct audible noise, the difficult part was having them believe there is a problem.. At first, they were never ready to believe and blamed everything on Tesla. Quote, that's how Tesla makes their car

I recently brought my car to CSN Golden Triangle Cambridge after an unfortunate incident involving a runaway truck tire on the 401. My entire experience with CSN was great, from the moment I walked in the door - the front desk staff were friendly and courteous, there was a comfortable seating area with coffee available, the repairs were done quickly, (and they kept in touch with me over the week to let me know how things were progressing), and the car looks better than ever. Based on my experience, I would recommend them with confidence.

Was a victim of a hit & Run. Had a dent along with various scraps on the passenger side of the car. Worst damage was my power camera side mirror that had to be replaced. CSN Golden Triangle in Cambridge did impressive repairs in my opinion. Can’t tell at all that my car was once damaged. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend CSN Golden Triangle Cambridge.

While the process of the work and the completed job seemed reasonable, please be warned that the 'Lifetime' warranty on the work is quite simply overstated. If you expect to keep your vehicle for 2 or 3 years (post work time frame), please understand that warranty work will be avoided at all costs by this company.Approximately 8 months after the work was done, the paint on the hood of my car was bubbling but only to a small noticeable area. After just more than a year, more bubbling of paint and now rust is forming. At this time, I brought my car in for the warranty work. Upon first inspection, it was determined, that, yes, there is an issue. Later, a fellow came to take a second look and deemed that the issue was from stone chips. His offer was to cover half the cost ($2000 quoted to repaint the hood) so that I would only pay $1000. Well, this seemed quite ridiculous. I took my car to another reputable shop in the city and their opinion was that the paint was quite thin and that both bubbling and stone chips would continue to be a problem. The stone chips are much more prone when the paint is too thin. The quote for this secondary shop was $780 to repaint the hood. Clearly, CSN was not going to honor the warranty and not going to loose money. Not impressed with this tactic in the least.Again, if you don't expect to keep your car for more than 2 or 3 years and never expect to rely on the 'Lifetime' warranty, CSN is a typical collision solution. Like most of the automotive business, it is expected that you'll cycle your car often enough that a 'Lifetime' warranty really means nothing to the offering business. It's too bad that those who intend to keep their cars for an extended duration are left with no real assurance at all. Be warned, is all I am saying.

Excellent overall experience,they kept me up to date on how far along my car was and when they were finished my car looks as good as it did when it was new.
