Do not go here 0 stars, we were greeted by someone who asked what we were here for I replied change of name I was told to wait in line(standing for over 1 hr and half with a knee surgery) when I finally get to the counter I was told because it’s to late they cannot do the change of name. I asked why we were not informed before hand like other people in line were for example a family doing there learners test was told there is not enough time they did not have a concrete answer. Normally I would not post a review because there horrible business practises will eventually lead to loss of market share and they will lose there jobs but what really shocked me is the employees thought it was funny what was happening to me(I am severely handicapped also), even BETTING if I would have an issue or not they thought it was hilarious . So unprofessional it’s a joke remember they are a service provider go to another ama if you have too use ama or outright avoid them and save yourself hours of waiting in line and being laughed at- I am used to the racism but this was wild.

They are pretty good here. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. They really seem to want to help and make things easier on you. The lineup for the registry is kind of messed up, chairs are placed awkwardly and you have to line up around this column/pillar.But I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff, great building, all the services you need.

I came here as a non member to get passport photos taken for my 18 month old son and myself. The women who helped us were beyond patient and understanding and so helpful. Thank you again for being so wonderful!

I did the road test here after failing once in another registry. Best decision ever. Not only is the staff in general super friendly but also my examiner who was a lady was very professional and made me feel very comfortable from the start. Avoid registries, come to AMA.

Was extremely nervous coming into my second road test today and luckily got Dimitri as my instructor, he instantly made me feel comfortable and respected and gave me several pointers before the test that were not given on my first one, making me feel like he was on my team and wanted me to pass. Without his ease I’m not sure if I would’ve even passed, if it’s possible to choose an instructor Dimitri is one you cannot go wrong with and I’d greatly recommend him.

I like this location for the helpful staff for a wide variety of services, but I also am real happy with the roadside service! In a panic can't find my keys/ fob, placed a call. Told 1 hour wait. Well, the operator was here in 7 minutes!!! Very efficient and friendly in unlocking my van.

I used the AMA to do my road test and I want to thank Dimitri who was the instructor. He is professional, polite, patient and made me feel very comfortable. I passed the advanced road test the first time. I strongly recommend taking a road test with Dmitry.

Good service. But the waiting line is somehow Ling. Because everyone likes AMA.

I have been using AMA for a few years for tenant insurance and vehicle insurance. I recently purchased a house and stayed with AMA because of how smooth and hassle free the experience has been. Jason Harrison in particular has provided exemplary customer service every time I have needed it.

Well lines ups few staff and staff they have are tin goddesses doctors. They did not believe what my doctor put on my medical. Brought in supervisor who was deaf to only her idea of being right yet I have none of the medical conditions on that form I was incorrectly flagged 2018 as what I have does NOT prevent me from driving.They are telling me my doc is wrong and they and govt are right. I have none of the medical conditions on the medical form and doc indicated so but the almighty medical supervisor clerical staff knew better than the doc considering miss clerical.has never seen me before she became doctor AMA. So I cannot renew my licence until my doctor lies and says I have something on this page or we go to battle proving Miss Clerical doc AMA she is wrong. I told them to call doc. No can do... line up... and they do not call doc when line ups . There was one client behind me and 4 desk staff. So yeah not impressed. Never liked the long line ups here either.
