Cool concept and very creative concoctions. I was disappointed that the ice cream was plain vanilla and not a flavor to match the menu. Eg I ordered banana creme. It's a good portion for the price.

4,5 stars really? Their regular vanilla tastes like a cone of sugar. Not sure about other ice cream that they offer, but we would not come back.

I’ve come here twice now, and both times were amazing! The ice cream tastes perfect, you get lots of toppings (with the ice cream cones anyways), and it’s worth it for the price. Not only is the ice cream amazing, but the atmosphere of the place is so welcoming and friendly it’s all in all an incredible experience going!

Most delicious reese wheres my spoon. I alternated for hardscoop ice cream. Chocoloate fudge brownie with extra reese topping. You will love any item from cones and characters. Thank you for the amazing ICE CREAM.

Not impressed whatsoever as I order from here this evening through Skip. I ordered the Banana Split and Salted Caramel Brownie Sundae. The Banana Split was the smallest I’ve ever seen (Dairy Queen is bigger) and it lacked toppings. There was only one scoop of dirt ice cream. I wouldn’t have ever sent it out for delivery. It looked like they were either in a rush or just didn’t care. The other sundae was okay but I had paid for extra drizzle times two and it certainly didn’t look like I received what I paid for. Not impressed at all !!!!

We stopped at Cones and Characters while visiting Oshawa and this place was excellent! Huge portions of great tasting ice cream with tons of toppings to choose from and a really helpful and friendly guy at the front counter. Fun atmosphere inside too. Definitely a place to visit for ice cream when you're in the Oshawa area.

We came for the icecream and our daughter came for the mascots. My wife follows them on social media and found out when they were in-store. What a wonderful place! Lots of amazing treats to choose from and the characters were hilarious. Great vibes, treats and amazing customer service. Strongly recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth and a sense of humor.

Amazing quality, started by ordering off uber one day (the baby wanted it) and i was so worried because my delivery person was on a bicycle so i thought oh there goes my ice cream but nope it still looked PERFECT when it arrived and was delicious. Ordered again anothrr day and same thing, decided to stop in person and even better because i could make more modifications with flavours and the manager was so helpful and friendly i was very impressed she was awesome !
