This review is specifically for the uptown location. The usual person behind the desk, an older gentlemen with peppered hair is very unhelpful at ALL times. I have been going to the uptown location since i was a youth and he has never changed. Customer service is terrible. He will look at you like you are mentally handicapped and talk to you like you aren't a real person. He is lucky he gets a specific type of customer otherwise i can only imagine the feedback he would get.

Never shopping there again white haird guy wouldn't even attempt to see if that had what I was looking for & everytime I go there has there he doesn't want to help me unless I got it there if not he won't help & won't even try. Better off going to King vapor better stuff & the girls will help the best that can & always friendly. This place lost my business & when I post on Facebook that will lose more

Went in and just spent over $100. Went back in two mins later to buy more product and guy was rude and upset that I asked him to repeat the whole 10 names of the variety of the item. For one I just gave the dead store over 100 bucks in sales. 2nd. I wear hearing aids and with masks find it hard to hear super well. He actually said seriously" ok are you ready" like it was a huge bother or he was busy. Wont be back. Super ignorant and rude.actually said "seriously?was alm"

The apparent usual bald “old guy” that works at the desk is absolutely rude and disrespectful I go in to buy a $130 water pipe being 18 not having a drivers license with a photo ID thought I would be able to buy one being of age I brought my BIRTH CERTIFICATE and MEDICARE CARD and got refused service by an old man who thinks he knows it allYou are better off taking the trip to Mister Music East great service and they WONT be disrespectful or King VaporBut since I cannot make it out there I will be going in with a adult with a drivers license and will be getting my product

I want to say east side is the best locationI love their service but im never shopping at this uptown location again. Probably the worst experience ive ever had from a store. The worker was bad mouthing other local businesses and was very unprofessional while dealing with him. I only liked him in high school because he would sell me papers and pipes. Now that I'm an adult I realize how immature that was to sell a minor cannabis accessories.

Very poor customer service, Same man who’s been giving everyone a hard time has also have me and my mother a hard time when she wasn’t able to read the flavors of the disposable vapes, his response to this was him finger pointing and saying “Cant you see” along with slamming the paper on the table telling her to read it herself to find the flavors will never ever return to this location until there is a staffing change

Just left the store and the bald guy working was incredibly rude! After reading the comments I see I'm not the only one treated this way. I spent over 100$ but I will not be back. I am still in disbelief. How does this man even have a job with the public?
