This is my usual store I really like the manager , i'm buying lots of candles and other stuff from the store it is closer to my home inconvenient and usually the people are very nice that work at the store .Today I was in they had a special 6 large candles for $65 I bought other stuff that were on special .I knew in my head how much the bill should be but the bill was about $40 more than it should've been so I questioned her she wasn't happy about it said that the computer doesn't mark down certain candles and there was nothing she could do about it I said really I am not paying more than I'm supposed to you figure out what is wrong with your computer that's not my problem .Anyways she had to use a calculator and go in and do it manually she was not happy about this and I said I am not paying more than I'm supposed to it is not my problem that your computer system don't work the way it should, she said well there's nothing I can do I can't market down more than is supposed to I said I don't want you to market down more than you are supposed to but I want the price I'm supposed to be charge not more than the sale price .She was sarcastic and rude I told her I will see the manager next time I'm in the store and make a complaint to her . I think they need to upgrade their computer system when they put things on sale it should automatically be picking it up .Not a good experience today at their store if I was not paying attention I would've been $40 or more less in my purse and that don't make me happy .

heard this is going out of business, and after my experience today, can't say I'm very surprised. big signs saying 75% off, but no original prices on candles so I could figure out how much the sales prices were, and the only girl on the busy tills wasn't any help at all. left in disgust without buying anything.
